The next morning, Althea was staring at me when I woke up.

"Hey pretty," she greeted with a smile.

"Hmm," I don't wanna get up yet. Lumapit ako sa kanya at kinulong siya sa bisig ko.

"I reserved a table for us. Get up now, Mariz." Malambing niyang sambit habang marahan niya akong pinaulanan ng mumunting halik.

I will never get tired of choosing these type of mornings.

"What time is it?" I asked with my groggy voice. I don't think my legs will cooperate. Pagod na pagod pa rin ako.

"3PM, love." Sabi niya na parang wala lang. Parang hindi niya sinabi 'yung pinakanakakagulat na balita ng araw.

"What?!" Napaupo ako bigla, parang may sumabog sa loob ng utak ko.

"What?!" Napabalikwas ako ng bangon.

I immediately grabbed both sides of my head, feeling like my skull was about to crack from the pounding headache. It felt like I was ambushed by alcohol, sleep, and regret all at once.

I had no idea what day it was. Last night felt like it passed in a blink. I was just a soul drowning in alcohol and music, and then I woke up like the world had ended.

I did not even know how I fell asleep. All I remember is that everything turned into a blur after going out of the bar.

I slept for almost half a day? Damn. I did not even feel it. It all went by in an instant.

"Do you want me to cancel the reservation?" Bumangon rin siya at umupo sa harapan ko.

She fixed my hair and gave me a kiss on my forehead.

"I'll take a shower first. Anong oras ang nireserve mo at saan?" Hindi ko na ininda o inisip pa ang hubad kong katawan.

Tumayo ako at nag tali ng buhok habang nakapaharap sa kaniya.

"Hmm," umusog siya ng upo at inilaylay ang paa sa kama.

Niyakap niya ako at pinapaulanan ng halik ang aking katawan.

When her hands started to roam around my body, I started feeling the heat inside me.

"I'm still tired, baby. You woke me up so early this morning, remember?" I cupped both of her cheeks.

That's when I noticed what she was wearing. A fitted black dress. She wasn't sitting properly, which probably made it look even shorter than it really was. Fine date?

"I love you," she said after I kissed her forehead.

"I love you too, baby. Please, I need to shower now. Adjust the reservation time if you think we won't make it."

"It's just in Ayala, love. We'll get there in fifteen to twenty minutes. Go take a bath." She even gave my butt a little smack when I turned away.

"Pang mayaman suot mo. Anong gagamitin ko?" Tanong ko habang napapaisip sa kung ano bang iba naming puwedeng gawin ngayong araw.

"I was in a meeting earlier. Hindi mo yata tanda na nag paalam ako sayo. Magpapalit rin ako into a more comfortable and casual clothes."
