Logan's p.o.v.

I wake up, looking around the unfamiliar room. At first I'm confused, but then as my mind begins to recall the events of last night, I remember that I'm in Patton's dorm. More specifically, I'm in his bed. I feel for my glasses on the nightstand and put them on my face. I stand up and stretch, noticing my phone on the counter.

I lift it and turn it on, reading all of the missed messages from Lydia.

I sighed, cursing myself for forgetting to text her. I know how protective she can get, even though our four year age gap doesn't even matter to me. We're practically twins, if I'm being honest. I text her back.

(7:45 am)
Hey, I'm alright. Sorry for not texting. I'll be home after work.

It didn't take her long to respond.

Fine. As soon as your shift is done. Home.

I put my phone in my pocket and looked at myself in a mirror next to Virgil's bed. My shirt was completely wrinkled and my hair was a mess. I took off my tie and unbuttoned my shirt, placing them on a chair. All that I was dressed in now was a simple white t-shirt and my pants.

I felt the feeling I was being watched. Sure enough, I turned to Patton's bed and he was squinting at me. He quickly hid his head under his blanket when our eyes locked for .5 seconds.

"You know, it'd be easier to see me with your glasses on." I informed him.

He peeked his eyes out from the covers and looked at me. "I-I know, I just woke up. Y-yeah."

I shrugged my shoulders and turned back to the mirror. I looked completely unprofessional. I sighed, knowing I didn't have time to stop back at home.

"What's the long face for, Lo?" He asked, sitting up and putting his glasses on.

"Well, I need to go to work but I don't have a spare change of clothes."

He practically jumped out of bed and ran to his closet, opening the door. He flipped through some of his shirts and finally took one off the rack, running back over and handing it to me.

"Here!"

I took the shirt and examined it. It was a pastel blue button down shirt. On one of the pockets was a slightly darker (yet still pretty light) heart with what appeared to be glasses. I felt my face flush at his kindness, but handed him back the shirt.
