Chapter 9

One week passed..

Jahseh's POV

its finally the day, Leslie is allowed to leave. They have to run little tests to make sure she's ight, with that shes allowed to leave.

They said she's good to go, I'm sitting on the couch waiting for her to get done, doing whatever she's doing. Livs been messaging me asking if she's ight, and all that. I mean I don't blame her. She literally saw her best friend nearly drown under the same roof as her, And if I was in her shoes, and stokeley was in Leslie's shoes..I'd be going crazy too. 

I got interrupted by Leslie walking out. "I'm ready" "ight, got everything?" She nodded. I got up from the couch and went to the door. I open the door and holded it for her.

She said thanks and walked out. We went downstairs and she sighed herself out. And with that we we're out.

In car

"You hungry?" I asked. She looked at me and talked lightly "yeah.."

I decided I'd stop somewhere to get us some food, and..I think ima bring her to the makeout hill. I always go tAiden when I need to get away from things, and just need to think. The last person i showed the hill is...let's not say..

"What do you want to eat?"
"Taco bell is fine..I don't care. Honestly." I looked at her and nodded while paying attention to the road.

We ordered our food, and are heading to the hill. "Uh..jah, where we going?" "You'll see, just relax"

The car was silent for the rest of the ride, I pulled up to the hill. "Come on" I got out of the car and grabbed the food, I went to the passenger side and opened the door for les. "Eh..
Where are we?" "Shh, come on follow me" she was hesitant first.

"I'm not trying to kill you, losing up les" I laughed. I went up the little hill, checking if she's still following.

"Huh...what's this?" She said. I went close to the edge, she slowly followed and sat besides me, I gave her, her food and we ate and looked at the water under us. "This..is where I go to get away.. To vent or whatever.."

"Oh.." "..I thought maybe this would cheer you up little" I looked at the corner of my eye and saw alittle smile. "Jahseh...thanks...for literally everything.." "..since I moved here...I kinda feel little happiness..i-i.." I looked at her in the eyes.

"I..think..I'm ready to tell you..my past.." I was kinda shocked.."..Leslie..you don't have-" "I..know..I want too." "Okay.."

"...two years ago..I was at a party with Liv and my boyfriend eli.."

(A/N Ima change it up..she was 17 yrs old..the story was going to be she was 18 when she lost her eli..but ima change it to 17 yrs old, shes 19 rn and Jahseh is 19 too, anyways back to the story)

"...I was drunk and was dancing with liv..until I realized eli was missing..I asked almost everyone if they saw him.., I asked a guy by the door..and he said that he went outside."

All I did was just listen..to her vent.

I could tell she's trying not to cry.."..I went outside..to try to find him..."
