Peter

I wake up in a weird place. I've definitely never been here before.

Standing to the side of the weirdly comfortable bed I'm in, is none other than Tony. My chemistry teacher.

"Uh, Tony?"

"Oh, good. You're up."

"Where am I?" We make eye contact and he smiles at me.

"My place." I nod, I'm still super confused, and go to rub my eyes, and then I see my hand. Still encased in red.

My hand flies to my face.

"Where's my-?"

"On the table beside you." I look at my mask, and then my teacher. "So being a genius wasn't enough, you had to take up being a vigilante as well?"

"I... Wait. How did you find me?" He shrugs.

"Some heros are more careful about getting caught."

"What?" He gives me a smirk.

"You're smart enough to figure it out. Think about it." It hits me like I hit the building.

I saw Iron Man and face planted into a building.

"Oh my god you're-"

"Yep." I start hyperventilating. "Hey, kiddo, it's okay. Your identity is safe with us, and I trust mine is safe with you?"

"Wait—hang on—us?" Then, as if this can't get any worse on my end, THE Bruce Banner walks in.

"What, you think I'd let him handle an amateur superhero himself? The whole team is here, kid."

My breathing gets faster.

"Hey, Pete, it's alright."

"He's having a panic attack." Dr. Banner tells his husband.

"Yea thanks, babe, I know that."

"Peter, it's okay, can you take deep breaths for me?" I nod.

"I know... I know what to do."

I keep breathing as they count through the exercise I already know.

Eventually I calm down.

"We aren't going to hurt you, we want to keep you safe."

"I'm fine." I cross my arms, my heart still racing.

"You ran into a building when you saw me, kid." Tony tells me.

"Your suit looks like a morphsuit with eye holes and swimmer goggles-"

"Okay I get it." Then I realize I just cut off Bruce Fucking Banner. Oops. "I—uh I mean—"

"No, I understand. But seriously, you need better equipment."

"And training." Tony adds.

"Okay, but I can't just... I can't just keep coming over, my aunt would get suspicious."

"She doesn't know?" Tony asks, astounded.

"The only people that know are in this room." I tell them.

"Okay, how about we start from the beginning. Why did you start being Spider boy?"

"Spider-Man." I correct.
