2: Hey Beautiful <3

The day had ended and everyone made their way home. Cyrus threw his bag against his wall and jumped into his bed. He grabbed his controller and switched his console on. He loaded up his favourite game at that time, (most likely the new animal crossing game), and spread out on his bed. He got an incoming call from Andi and he picked up.
"Heeyyy cy!" She said pointing the camera to her face.
"Hey!" He replied waving to the camera before continuing with his game. Andi joined his game and they played together for the evening. Cyrus had his dinner and went downstairs to eat. His mother dished up pasta and called somebody up. Cyrus shovelled pasta in his mouth because he wanted to join Andi again as soon as possible.

"Yes I did hear about her... yeah apparently somethings going on within the family... Oh yeah I don't remember his name though. He goes to my son's school." Cyrus listened in a bit to his mom's phone conversation but shrugged his shoulders and practically skipped upstairs making sure no one watched him do it. He slumped himself back onto his bed and carried on with his previous activity.

About an hour or so later, Cyrus phone buzzed causing him to look over at it. It displayed "Secret wants to send you a message." Cyrus raised his eyebrows and picked it up to accept it. He opened his phone and read the message he received.

S= Secret
C= Cyrus

S: Hey beautiful <3

C: Fuck off 😂

S: well that's not very nice huh?

C: don't care, what do you want.

S: I. I just wanted to let you know that I'm in love with you. That's all.

C: haha, next joke.

S: I'm dead serious.

C: Well who are you?

S: Well that would ruin this whole thing. It's a secret, dummy.

C: Hey! And who would I tell?

S: If one, just one person found out, I would probably die!

C: I dunno if that's a good thing or not for me. Am I that bad?

S: No your perfect, but it's me. I've never loved anyone like you before.

C: hmm

S: it would ruin my reputation.

C: God you sound so much like Jonah Beck.

S: haha.

C: so can you tell me anything about yourself?

S: Well.. I'm in your year.

C: Oh how incredibly descriptive!

S: Shut up

C: Anything else?

S: I'm pretty sure you hate me from what I've heard.

C: I doubt it, I don't really hate anyone.

S: I hope not because I really like you and if you don't wanna date, I'd still love to be friends!

C: I hope we can too. Anything else?

At this point, Cyrus briefed Andi on the situation and she was trying to think about who it could be.
"Have you asked if they're a girl or a boy yet?" Andi asked.
"No, I'll ask now." Cyrus replied opening his phone to another message.

S: I sit on the complete opposite side of the room from you in our maths and English class.

C: Ok so I can narrow it down a bit. Also are you a girl or a boy.

S: um a girl.

C: Ok I can think of a few girls now.

S: I also have brown hair.

C: Woah, ok that narrows it down, thanks!

"Tell them to give you a hint in person tomorrow!" Andi said realising how smart she was.

C: Hey umm, could you give me a hint at some point tomorrow in person.

S: Well we have practice exams all day but I'll figure something out.

C: Ok thank you!

Cyrus and Andi continued talking about the possible suspects but Andi wasn't convinced with some of the hints. So she continued to message this person without saying a word to Cyrus.

A= Andi
S= Secret

A: Hey

S: Hi you're Cyrus's friend right?

A: Yeah I just wanna ask you a couple things if that's ok.

S: Sure

A: Are you a boy or a girl?

S: Would it matter?

Andi stared at the message for a solid minute trying to figure out why that answer changed.

A: Yeah because you told Cyrus your a girl.

S: It depends though, is he straight?

A: would that matter?

S: no we could still be friends, but ideally I'd like him to date me.

A: What if he's gay?

S: What if I were a boy?

A: Are you?

S: No, not necessarily.

A: I'm not convinced.

S: then your smarter than you look

A: what's that supposed to mean?

S: Sorry, I just really want to be free so I could reveal who I am to Cyrus.

A: What's holding you back?

S: What isn't?

A: just make the hint obvious tomorrow ok?

S: we'll see, bye.

Andi continued the game with Cyrus without saying a word.
"Maybe it's not a girl at all, they were pretty worried." Cyrus said stretching and yawning.
"Hmm well we'll see tomorrow." Andi said without a tone in her voice.
