Time in the chapters from this one to the end of the story goes quite quickly so I'm trying to pack in as much content as I can. Also this story goes up to chapter 40 at the moment and that's where I think I'll end it.
The sun was seeping through the curtains of Jonah's room. Ambient dust particles scattered across the room as the boys woke up in each other's arms.
"Morning," Jonah mumbled snuggling into Cyrus's neck. Cyrus just replied by pushing him away.
"Don't be so mean!" He complained.
"Get lost I'm trying to sleep." Cyrus kicked him away this time.
"Come on Cy-Guy you need to get up pleaaaseee!?" Jonah begged.
"You are one funny boy Jonah, but I think I'll just sleep again. Night." He smiled and closed his eyes.
"The house is on fire." Jonah whispered in his ear.
"Huh, WHAT!?" Cyrus was now fully awake.
"That'll do the trick." Jonah finalised.
"You are so annoying, you know that?" Cyrus stated out.
"And you love me for it." Jonah smirked before kissing his boyfriend.
"Come on, We're moving out today!" He continued.
"Ugh give me 10 minutes." Cyrus requested.
"Fine, but I'm hopping in the shower." Jonah replied taking his shirt off and heading for the bathroom. Cyrus enveloped himself into the sheets and let out a relaxed sigh. Jonah scrubbed himself down in the shower. He was so glad that he was finally getting away from the city life and heading towards the life he had dreamed of for so long.
"Hurry up in there!" Cyrus's muffled voice was heard.
"Nope, you should've got out of bed when I told you to." Jonah chuckled.
"I guess you leave me no choice then." Cyrus said walking into the bathroom.
"Get out!" Jonah complained. Cyrus shook his head in reply and got into the shower with Jonah.
"I thought I was going to enjoy this shower this morning." Jonah muttered.
"What's not to enjoy?" Cyrus smirked.
"Your right," Jonah replied and kissed his boyfriend's neck and lips.
Once they had showered after the distraction, the boys dressed and went to the kitchen for breakfast.
"Morning Boys!" Jonah's mom gleamed.
"Morning!" They both replied. They ate breakfast and prepared to pack up their last things.
"Right so what's staying here?" Jonah's dad asked.
"The bed, and the end tables I think." Jonah replied looking to Cyrus for confirmation.
"Yep that's already being delivered today." Cyrus reassured.
"Right we just need to pack our last belongings." Jonah said and they went to the room to see what was left. They had a few boxes each and went through what they were taking and what they were leaving. Cyrus discovered a pen that he flipped over to reveal the one that Jonah handed him when they first sat together in maths.
*Jonah caught up with Cyrus and took a second to regain his breath.
"You forgot this!" He said handing Cyrus his pen.
"Oh.. uh thanks.. Jonah." He smiled lightly.
"Um about today. Thank you I guess, for uh.. helping me with equations. Even if your handwriting is awful." He laughed.
"Well thank you for helping me get better at that." Cyrus nodded. Jonah put a huge smile on his face.
"Your cool man, I'll see you around." Jonah said before jogging off to his next lesson.
