You woke up to fingers running along your spine and the sunshine on your back.

You instantly grinned when you opened your eyes to see one of Ashton's hands in yours; the one with the ring that showed he was now and forever yours.

You gave yourself a moment to bask in the memory of yesterday. It felt so surreal. Your families, your friends, the people most important to you and your now-husband were all there to watch you two tie the knot.

And you would've continued to get lost in that memory if it weren't for Ashton pressing his lips to your shoulder.

"Good morning wifey. How are you this morning?" Your cheeks turned pink, your smile grew wider at the way he said 'wifey'. With so much love and so much excitement in the one little yet beautiful and special word.

You rolled over to face him. His hand immediately cupped your cheek. His eyes were lit up, almost as bright as the sun that was shining outside your window. "Good morning. I feel wonderful. How are you, darling?"

He chuckled and put his arm around you, quickly pulling you on top of him as you rested on his chest. "Absolutely perfect. How could I not be when we're in paradise together?" You smiled against his lips before intertwining your fingers back with his.

His thumb moved across the two beautiful rings on your fingers. There wasn't just one there anymore and you absolutely loved it. "I still can't believe we're married. We're husband and wife now. We get to spend forever together." You put your head on his shoulder but still stared up at him.

"That's a really long time, you know?" You teased and he just traced him thumb under your lip as he gazed at you adoringly. "Not nearly long enough."

"Thank you for making all of my dreams come true, Ash."

He kissed your hand softly. "Well, you deserved a wedding of your dreams."

You shook your head at him. "No. Not just for yesterday. Even though it was everything I've ever dreamed of and more. Thank you for being the man I've always hoped I'd find. For always loving and caring about me. For never walking away. For everything we do here on our honeymoon to everything we do in the future, I just want you to know that I'm always gonna love you and I'll thank my lucky stars for you every single day and night."

He smiled then wordlessly grabbed your cheek and pulled you down for another kiss. "I love you with all of my heart. Can't wait to see what our future holds together." He said and tried to deepen the kiss but when you pulled away from him he whined.

"C'mon, Ash! We're in paradise! You don't wanna stay here in bed all day."

He furrowed his eyebrows. "Yeah, I do. You and me in this warm bed with room service only one phone call away with the sound of the waves crashing peacefully outside the window. I wanna stay in this bed with you forever."

You pouted making him sigh. "Okay, okay. Just give me ten minutes here with you then we can go for a swim or go explore. Whatever you want. Just let me hold you for a few more minutes."

You nodded and leaned your head back on your chest.

You couldn't complain much. You did love being in his arms. Besides, it was only ten minutes and you have forever with him now.
