You were walking through Liones helping small repairs as you made your way to the bakery. You opened the bakery door, it was one of the few buildings unharmed in the fight.

"Y/n!" The bakery woman smiled. "The kids are running around in the back, a couple of their parents have been found by now and either have taken them back or... Dead."

"Alright, you're such a darling taking on all these children... I promise to help for the time being." You smiled hugging her.

"Thank you, you're seriously the best." She said.

"It's nothing." You laughed nervously. You heard the door rattle open.

"You're supposed to tell someone when you leave y/n." King sighed.

"I was just visiting the kids that I saved the other day... Want to meet them?" You asked opening the door. One had a baguette and was holding it like a sword and the other was using a donut shield. "Hey! What's going on here?" You asked hoping into the room.

"I'm the Queen's Royal guard and this man is a traitor to the donut kingdom!!! Your demise will be quick!" The boy shouted hitting the other boy with the baguette. It broke almost instantly.

"Woah!" The girl who was sitting behind the Royal guard ran over looking at the spear like weapon you had created. "What is that?"

"It's a temporary weapon, I need to craft myself a new blade since mine broke in the battle." You smiled. "Do any of you know where a blacksmith might be around here?"

"I do!" The eldest kid rose from the corner closing his book. "I'll show you there, my dad used to work with the blacksmith, he died in the recent war, but it was an honorable death the one my old man deserved."

You smiled slightly. "Your going to grow into a very nice kid.. I can tell."

"Y/n, there are six kids there... How many did you rescue?" King asked.

"Eight, two have went back to their proper families... I guess after a big event like that you learn to get along with others." You smiled at the kid in front of you as he led you to the blacksmith. You arrived at the blacksmith to be greeted with a bright smile.

"Hi ma'am! What can I interest you in?" The blacksmith smiled.

"I need the lightest but sturdiest metal you might have." You said.

"That doesn't seem right... Your muscle structure in your shoulders looks more like you use a heavy weight weapon... Are you sure you want to make a change like that?" He asked.

"Actually, it looks like that from the motions I used to use with my double blade, I had to use a lot of muscles to use that weapon." You laughed. "I'm usually a medium weight user, but it might help if I have a lightweight weapon."

"Whatever you say." The blacksmith pulled out a large thick chunk of metal. "I could make the weapon for you, it just costs a small fee extra."

"No thank you, I prefer to craft my own weapons, the curvature I use isn't crafted by any usual blacksmith." You smiled taking the metal. "Thank you anyways." You placed money on the hand of the guy and made your way back to the boar hat. You came across meliodas, Gilthunder, griamore, Hoswer and ban on the way back... And small Diane.

"What's the giant chunk of metal for?" Howser asked.

"I'm making a new blade to replace my old one... I always craft my own weapons, it feels like cheating otherwise." You shrugged.

"It's a habit she never could break, that switch blade was the first she created.

"Woah! Your hand!" Gilthunder looked concerned.

"Oh, I just burned it on the stove earlier this week." You laughed nervously. "I'm fine, it doesn't even hurt!"

"....If you say so." Gilthunder yawned.

"Anyways, king what are you doing out with y/n?" Meliodas asked looking smug.

"He followed me because I didn't tell him I was leaving the boar hat." You said.

"Oh, you should've asked somebody!" Ban laughed.

"Everyone was gone when I woke up!!!" King said looking rather flustered. You felt the ground shake and your mind went blank. You could picture Estarossa now... And you were genuinely afraid and went into a defense mode.

"What was that captain?" Diane asked looking shaken up. Meliodas didn't respond. You placed a hand on his shoulder and shook him.

"Snap out of it meliodas." Only one shake snapped him back into the living world. He had a slight look of concern and fear that washed away quickly.

"Thanks for that y/n.. I guess I spaced out during the earth quake." He laughed nervously. His eyes told a different story, one you could read.

"Let's get back to the boar hat now... Maybe Merlin will be there." Diane smiled. "And you can meet her for the second time!"

"Maybe you'll get a sense of dejavu." Meliodas laughed. You paused a frown forming on your face. Your heart felt heavy and you felt like you couldn't move. You dropped the metal at your side and raised your hand to your ears shaking your head.

"What's going on?" Gilthunder looked extremely concerned. The skin of your fingers burnt your flesh as they pressed tightly to your head. You felt compelled to stop yourself from letting out any energy so you pulled the spear like stick off your back shooting two shots of energy into the air where they released themselves making tiny sparkles.

You sighed. "Everything feels stupid... I need to get this weapon made and then talk to Merlin."

"Y/n what's wrong?" King asked putting a hand on your shoulder. You paused.

"My heart feels heavy, it feels like I'm wearing a suit of gold to the point I can't move and my skin feels hot when I touched my head." You explained. "I have too much energy... I should go hunting later.. maybe I'll take you with me to help collect resources."

"Don't just brush that off ok? If you start to feel tired come back to the boar hat." Meliodas said. "It'd be bad if you collapsed, I doubt king could carry a baby hippo like you."

"Ouch, you wound my pride." King joked. You began to look around a bit. You had the feeling you were being watched. You covered an eye for a second and then shook your head.

"Let's get going."
