At least ale tastes the same.... Is that why meliodas is always drinking?

You sat in a nearby bar drinking. "Hey little girl maybe you should calm down." The bartender said. You sighed getting up and flicking a coin at him.

"To go please." You sighed deeply.

"Yes ma'am." He said. You drank the beer as you sat in a tree in the forest. You could tell you were extremely drunk by now, but it didn't feel like it. You placed the bottle on a branch on the tree across from you, shooting it with your blade. It shattered making a really loud noise. You sat down and not even 10 seconds later ban and king were there, Diane two seconds after that, and everyone else 5 seconds later.

"Are you ok?" Ban asked.

"I'm drunk, does that classify as ok?" You asked blinking at the tree in front of you. "Alcohol tastes normal, I guess I was happy I found something that I could drink that didn't make me want to die."

"Why are you acting so weirdly?? You're still you." Meliodas said.

"I wish, I could've just finished that spell... This wouldn't be happening had I finished the spell." You sighed.

"It's not all that bad, you will become significantly stronger, and gain most of the abilities normal demon's do." Goather said. You paused tucking your knees into your chest.

"I don't think that's a good thing... At least, I think the voice went away." You mumbled.

"I never asked, aside from being male what did the voice sound like?" Meliodas asked. You paused.

"The best way to describe it would be raspy, but calm, he sounds older but acts immature, and he's definitely-"

"-cool, calm, collected under stressful circumstances?" The voice said.

"-definitely not gone." You groaned putting your hands to your head.

"What'd he say?" King asked. You paused. You turned to meliodas placing a finger tightly to your lips.

"Hey! Weird voice in my head!" You said out loud.

"Yes?" He asked.

"Can you hear anyone else talking or just me?" You asked obliviously.

"Just you." He said.

"Ok good, because my boyfriend says some pretty embarrassing things and it'd be really embarrassing if you heard any of that so it's really a good thing that you can't voice in my head, also should I keep calling you voice in my head or do you have a name ominous voice in my head?" You asked really fast.

"My name is Estarossa." The man said. You noticed your hands became really shaky after he said that and half of your face got really hot while the other remained the same temperature. You clenched your teeth and shook your head slightly.

"Thank you... I'll keep that in mind.. I'll leave you alone now." You said.

"You act strange." Estarossa laughed. "Goodbye!"

You heard a small sound. It sounded almost like a click. "He left... I heard him leave this time... There was a sound, it sounded like a click, the type of click you here when you lock a door."

"What was his name?" Meliodas asked. You paused, you felt a sense of dread wash over you.

"I don't think saying would be a good idea." You sighed pushing your hair out of your face.

"Your eye!" Ban said. You jumped to a nearby pond looking into your reflection, your hand darted to your eye, which was now surrounded in black blood as though it was bloodshot.

"I thought something felt weird.. I guess there has to be a way he's been able to not only contact me, but changed the way I saw things." You said.

"What do you mean by that?" King asked.

"I guess I forgot to mention that when I attacked that holy knight he looked somewhat different. Everything around me had darkened, and all I wanted was to kill the holy knight." You explained lifting a hand to your eye. "Maybe if I tear it out than he can't do that."

"Nope." Ban picked you up putting you on his back. "No tearing eyeballs out."

"Ok." You yawned laying your head on ban's back. "I'm so tired.. and hungry."

"Try this." Goather handed you a small pill. You swallowed it easily.

"Thanks, but what was that?" You asked.

"It should help with the being hungry." Goather smiled.

"Thanks." You yawned. King swooped you up into his chastiefol.

"You sleep deprived child." King said.

"I'm only like 30 years younger than you!" You shouted.

"If you were a normal human you'd be near death and so would ban." King sighed. "You act really childish for someone who has lived for somewhat 70 years." He said looking at you over the chastiefol. Your face flushed as you remembered the previous night. "Just get some sleep." He sighed.

"But this is your chastiefol, You sleep here." You yawned.

"I'll just sleep on a bed, I've given you permission so just go to sleep!" He said looking slightly embarrassed.

"No! I never said I wanted to sleep!" You crossed your arms like some spoiled kid.

"Ban, I'm going to toss her in the lake." King said.

"Do it!! I wanna see her get mad!" Ban laughed. Meliodas passed you a couple of blackberries.

"Goather gave you a pill, I think it should make the food taste at least a little better." He shrugged. "Either way you'll have to get used to your new taste buds." You ate the blackberries without a problem, they tasted normal.

"They taste good, thanks meliodas and goather!" You smiled brightly before falling out of the chastiefol onto the ground. "Ow."

"Pfft!" King stifled a laugh.

"Hey jerk!! Don't laugh at my pain!" You pouted.

"I'm sorry, but you made absolutely no attempt to catch yourself." He laughed helping you back into the chastiefol.

"It's so comfy, but I always feel like I'm going to suffocate." You mumbled.

"I think that's the point." King said. "Not sure though, get some sleep." He ran his thumb over your forehead and you blinked your face flushed knowing that he was referencing your kiss on his head from the night before.
