"What was that about earlier?" Meliodas asked sitting on the edge of the bed that you were sitting on.
"Hmm, I guess my past isn't something I'd prefer to discuss in front of the Druid's because I don't know them much, and it contains a lot of weaknesses I keep to this day." You sighed.
"Would you care to share?" He asked.
"Only if you share more about yourself." You shrugged.
"Deal, I was in the ten commandments once before betraying them I was the same commandment as Estarossa, the commandment of love." He said.
"Haha, suits you." You laughed nervously. "I guess it's my turn to share then, what would you like to know?"
"Why do you always go to amputation or harm to solve your problems?" He asked. Your face dimmed over.
"I guess that originated from my foster father..." You muttered. "The amputation.. right?"
"Look, if you can't share the story than you can't, simple as that." Meliodas smiled.
"I was probably... 7 or 8 and still getting comfortable in my foster home, I guess dad wasn't home as often as mom, so I got used to her quickly... What an adoring woman she was... One night my foster father came home and I was up picking up the remains of dinner and washing some of the dishes, so I wouldn't be yelled at." You said.
"That doesn't sound bad... Yet." He mumbled.
"My foster dad hailed me over, he reeked of cheep liquor and his eyes were blood shot. He sat on the couch... He told me to get him a beer from the fridge, I went to protest but at the time he was extremely scary... So I listened. He told me to sit down next to him so I listened. I think it was twenty minutes before he said anything to me, I started to doze off when mom walked out, I remember them arguing, but I can't remember the argument but I was ripped off the couch and before I could comprehend what was going on or who had even grabbed me my arm was being sawed into." You said.
"Holy... Why?" Meliodas looked really sorrowful.
"My foster father had this strong belief that anything contaminated could be fixed by amputation... He also believed that his life had become a contaminated shit hole ever since I entered it, meaning I must've been the contamination right? My arm was probably half way off when some nearby holy knights infiltrated out house stopping my foster father and taking him to jail.. I never got to say goodbye to my mother.." your eyes swelled with tears. "I miss her so much."
Meliodas wrapped an arm around you patting you on the back. "It's ok! She's somewhere better now... It's fine."
"Thanks." You yawned.
"Get some sleep... We're gonna find Diane ok?" Meliodas smiled.
"How is everyone else?" You asked.
"Fine, they're fine, everyone's just slightly worried about you." Meliodas shrugged standing up. "I'll send King up after me... He's probably being torn in two because one side of his brain is worried about you while the other is worried about diane."
"...You don't think he still likes her like that do you?" You asked.
"....That wouldn't be my line to say y/n." Meliodas mumbled. "Rest up."
"Thanks captain." You yawned.

You woke up before king, he was holding onto you tightly. You assumed he was scared you would run away again. You slipped a pillow into your place and got into your bag. You pulled out some berries you harvested from the Fairy King's forest along with some roots. You crushed up the roots into the bowl and juiced the berries keeping the skins. You took out a small piece of cloth and wrapped it around your arm cutting off circulation. You proceeded to cut slightly into your arm pouring some of the blood into the bowl. You bandaged up your arm and then began mixing the bowl.
"What are you doing?" King muttered hugging your waist.
"If you want the poison to be stronger it should ferment under the moon.. it's a trick I learned from my foster family... We used to put it on the crops to kill the pests." You said. "You also should always add some sugar to make it smell as though it's food."
"You added demon blood?" He asked.
"I discovered that demon blood was rather potent when I was trying to give a small rodents some of my blood so it wouldn't die of dehydration... It died." You shrugged. "The mixture causes the skin of non-demonic creatures to rot, and for those who are non-fairies it doesn't hardly immobilize or harm at all."
"Than why make it now? We're only facing demons right now?" King asked tiredly.
"I would hate for it to happen, but if one of the ten commandments has a power to control people who break their commandment... Than I may have to use it to temporarily incapacitate one of our team members.. that's what this is." You held up a vile of blue liquid.
"What is it?" King asked holding it. "Ow!" He shook his hand.
"It fermented in the sun all day yesterday, It's made from Midnight flowers north of here.. I still had some from home." You laughed. "Their a remedy to most poisons, and when added to demon blood I've discovered it stops the rotting of skin."
"You're really good at this type of thing aren't you?" King asked.
"Well, ban was born with all the natural strength and stamina.. I was always the sickly little girl. After me and ban separated I began living in the woods for a while and I discovered how to craft poisons and antidotes and enhancers as well as medicines." You smiled sadly. "My foster mother and father gave me my personality, and I gave myself this part of my life."
"Cool! Teach me something about it!" King asked. "I never really got to craft anything, the other fairies didn't think the king should have to craft anything."
"Alright, then we should start with the basics."
