Oh no..

You woke up not too long later feeling regenerated beyond your own belief. You stood up and the ground beneath you began to tilt. You grabbed onto your weapon and jumped away taking it with you and leaving everyone else trapped inside the stone trap.

"Oh... One escaped." Drole said acknowledging your presence.

"It's you again huh?" Gloxinia said. "You're fully replenished though.. how?" You began analyzing what was going on, meliodas shook his head while Drole and Gloxinia looked at you.

"Why would I tell you? That would be a waste." You laughed. Meliodas sighed obviously disappointed.

"It was your boyfriend wasn't it?" Gloxinia asked.

"I have no clue I was sleeping?!!" You shouted. Meliodas looked even more disappointed now. "Meliodas stop, I know I'm a stupid hippo, I don't need you to sigh and make me feel worse."

"We all know you're a stupid weak hippo, why don't you just leave?" He asked looking irritated. You paused pain washing over you, you felt really targeted and betrayed.

"Wha-"

"I said go! You aren't going to contribute to wither side of this so why don't you just leave!?" He shouted. You felt tears stream down your cheeks and you suddenly felt all too vulnerable. You made your way away from there. You were suddenly pulled away by the chain on your ankle. "Dammit!" Meliodas let go of what you realized was all a ploy to save you from the demons. He grabbed onto your shoulders holding you from flying away. "Damn, it almost worked too..."

"Hmm, I see now." Gloxinia said. "This human girl must've been what Estarossa was referring too when he said he had a form of entertainment."

"When she dies Estarossa will be significantly weakened.. that's why he attempted to pull her away." Drole said. You paused a grin spreading across your face.

"Meliodas kill me!" You said.

"No!" He said looking slightly offended. "He would only be weakened I don't think I could kill him even in his weakened state right now!"

"Weakened?" You paused. "So he's sapping my life force away to spy on me... No wonder it took so much out of me to withstand fake pain."

"You figured that out too quickly... How?" Gloxinia asked. You popped your lips and grabbed an apple from your bag grabbing some apple juice for Meliodas.

"It's purified, you'll be fine." You smiled to Meliodas.

"Thanks!" He smiled. He quickly drank the apple juice and then picked you up and chucked you away. "Don't die over there! King would kill me if his hippo died!!"

"Yeah yeah." You sighed. You made it up to the liones tower and sat on the edge watching as little lights collided. Meliodas was obviously keeping one of them down at any point in time.

"Y/n he told you to stay away?" Ban asked. "But you're the second most powerful in our group right now."

"That's because of one of the ten commandments... My physical human form is weaker than ban." You sighed.

"Really?" Gilthunder asked. "In power level you rival the ten commandments right now."

"There's a 50% chance that when the ten commandments fall I will die." You said.

"Seriously?!" Elaine asked. You paused your face falling to a frown.

"That can't be true right?" Ban said looking really concerned.

"...." You looked over to Meliodas. "He refused to kill me."

"You asked Meliodas to kill you?!" King shouted. "Why?!"

"One of the ten commandments is using me as a stepping stone to become stronger." You said. "If he killed me now that commandment would be weakened by a factor of ten."

"So your leading to your own demise either way... I see." Gilthunder nodded.

"No!" King hugged you. "I won't let you die." You looked at the stone under king's and your feet.

"She's not lying king, from her memory the only possibility of survival would be futile to try." Goather said.

"What do you know?! You took away Diane's memories and attacked your friends!" King shouted. You looked up seeing black figures. You watched them crash into the battlefield. You hopped up on the edge of liones castle watching. You noticed the red chain leading over there and then slid over to the crystal ball watching it.

"Zeldris..." You hissed.

"You know him?! You encountered him and survived." Howzer shouted.

"I'm linked to his brother, Estarossa." You said. "This one."

"How do you know them?" Ban asked.

"Meliodas took me to see all the commandments when they were weakened..." You said stressfully. "Also, Zeldris and Estarossa spoke to me, Zeldris only spoke to me once, but from that I could depict a image of him in my head.... Estarossa was of course a clearer picture than Zeldris." Your ankle started tugging and fear rushed through your head. "no, no, no, no, No, No, NO!!!!" You said panicking.

"What's going on?!" Diane said picking you up, you flew out of her hands straight over to Estarossa. You couldn't move you were so scared.

"Y/n, don't move!" Meliodas said.

"Ah... You have connections to this human?" Zeldris asked. You didn't dare shrink under his intimidation. "Well, not quite human."

"Leave her alone!" Meliodas growled. You paused. You didn't know if anyone nearby would know sign language, but it was worth an attempt. You made the words out quickly and Meliodas seemed to nod during his battle. You had told him the others were safe. You had the switch blade you had taken hunting way back when ban disappeared in your pocket... How ironic. By the time you had the guts to act Estarossa had pierced one of Meliodas' hearts. You stabbed the knife clear into your stomach, causing Estarossa as well as yourself to cough up blood. Meliodas, despite losing consciousness looked sad.

"Y/n, no.." he said weakly. You twisted the knife in your stomach causing Estarossa to take a step back in pain. You then pulled the knife out of your stomach and raised it to your neck pressing it until it begun to bleed.

"Back away." You growled. "Now Estarossa!" He did as you said backing up.

"You caught me..." He raised his hands slightly. "I made a dumb mistake and linked myself to you..... Thinking you'd have more value for your own life." You scoffed.

"I'm utterly useless! Why would I value myself at all?" You laughed. "The only thing I'd be useful for is weakening you.... Even if meliodas can't escap-"

"Stop...." Meliodas muttered weakly. You held back tears.

"But you all don't understand, unlike demons the other races can learn to care for people! Meliodas learned to care for us, unlike any other demon has! I would gladly pay down my life before I let you take his." You cried.

"What about your fairy king? You'd be leaving him all alone...." Gloxinia said. Tears streamed down your face as gloxinia continued to mentally torment you. You watched Zeldris take a knife and cut the fake chain connecting you and Estarossa down the middle. You were thrown back a bit. You moved the pocket knife and made a run for it... Something told you that meliodas would live due to what just happened, so you made a break for it.
