You giggles awkwardly. "I wouldn't call it amazing... It does make me stronger.. but I wish it would go away." You brushed your tank top strap off your shoulder.

"I tried to cut off my arm to get rid of it... I was driven insane by the pain, emotional and physical, when a fairy caught me, she told me it wouldn't help, that it would just transfer to the rest of my body, and then she took me to a nice lady, who was going to perform a spell to remove the demon blood... But something happened.. You might not know, but me and ban are fraternal twins... Actually I doubt you knew he had a sister at all." You smiled. "We share the same blood, and I'm almost positive he ate my feet in the womb and that's why I'm so short and he's so tall."

"Actually, that would make sense." King laughed.

"But, I think when he drank the fountain of youth... That it affected me, because when she attempted the spell, it rejected it... And I nearly lost my eye, about 10 years later, it hit me that I hadn't aged a bit.... I realized that I still took physical damage, even if I recovered surprisingly quickly, I can still physically die.. but I can't age." You said. "I've believed for quite a while that it was his fault... And it is."

"See! He's no good!!" King said.

"I had nothing to live for except keeping my promise." You smiled.

"What promise?" King asked.

"When I was seven, ban got really sick, and he couldn't steal the food we needed.. so I took my switchblade out to hunt for small animals and cut berries off of bushes with thorns... I promised him I'd come back safe with medicinal herbs, I promised I'd see him again, when I came back he was gone." You sighed. "I thought he died from sickness and someone took his corpse to be buried.. if not scraped for meat, that's why I was here.."

"How'd you get that injury?" King asked going to look at it closer.

"It's poisoned! Don't touch it!" You said backing up.

"Calm down, I already knew that, The poison is made from an herb from the fairy forest that was used for medicinal use back when the fairy forest flourished, fairies are unharmed by it." He smiled. "It also doesn't look like this wound was made by any normal person, probably a holy knight, am I correct?"

"Yes, you are." You mumbled. He unzipped his chastiefol and pulled out bandages.

"Um, here... You can bandage yourself right?" He asked.

"Of course." You smiled. "Thank you, King of the smalli-" you paused. "You have a snail on your shoe." You laughed picking it up off his shoe. "A pretty little green shell, camouflage usually I suppose... What a smart little critter."

"Why was there a snail on my shoe?" He asked looking at his shoe. "That makes no sense, I normally just float around, you know?"

"Maybe you're the king of snails." You laughed. "Not smallies."

"I feel even more offended." King blinked.

"I'm kidding, I have a problem with overly teasing people... You could ask ban-"

"Y/n?!" You could hear ban shout. Chills ran down your spine.

"Damn, that was a super dejavu moment." You shivered.

"There you are!" Ban sighed going to rush over to you but pausing to look at king. "You aren't really king are you? You're so tiny..."
