Sometimes, I wonder...

October 14, 2017.

Dear D,
Today was Saturday, and I was home all day. Oh, I came home yesterday evening, after my classes. I had one impromptu test too, I don't understand why we started writing tests, we just resumed and we don't have exams until next year smh.
Sometimes, I wonder wonder why these things happen.

Anyways, I came home to have some 'quiet time'. My roommate must have been so glad lol, she intended bringing her friends over and I CAN'T withstand the kind of noise that they make, and I make it very obvious so they have to be conscious. Tsk tsk.

My dad brought me home, and then I decided to do a total clean up of my room before sleeping, I slept like 1am sha. And waking me up to pray was almost a disaster! I slept back immediately ni. After waking up like 12noon, I was able to achieve so much!

First, I was able to go on my online course (it's about marketing) and I finished about 50% of it! I'm super proud of myself. I finished a book I was reading, I sent in two of my write ups for a competition and I cooked a whole meal in a lonnggg time. I was also able to do some Qur'an reading and memorising and my sister came over in the evening and we went outttttt! We spent so late cause we ended up seeing a movie, and she had to stay over at the house. She complained so much about it, but me, I was glad.

Oh, Attiyah opened a WhatsApp group chat and names it "Bookish", and my phone hasn't stopped sending me notifications since morning! It's either Yusuf is sending quotes from the book he's currently reading, or Derinsinuola is sending us articles about some of our favorite writers, or they are having an argument about the ending of a book. Attiyah mentioned that we would be reading some books together and have Hangouts to discuss them. I'm so in!

My dad said my grandma (from my mum) is coming over tomorrow and my sister can't go home so early hahaha, she's so frustrated. I'm happy though, it gives me some closure with my mum and she brings fruits and books for meeeeeeeee!

I forgot to do my school assignments though, and it's due on Monday, so I have to go to school tomorrow morning to work on it with my group members, which means just me and one other person since all others are Christians and they have to go to church, God help us.

Nothing eventful actually, so far
I need to create one in the next two days so my entry would be just a little bit more interesting! ;)!
