Chapter 11: Not His Normal Day

Nakatingin lang ako sa labas ng bintana ng kwarto ko. Noong ibinigay namin ang mga copies ng videos ni Mr. Bracken sa SIU, they told us to join their team but Ki rejected them. Of course. Why would we join them if we already have the P. O. D? Tsk. What a stupidity act.

Bago pa kami umalis sa lugar na'yon, nahagip pa ng aking mata si Mr. Bracken na hawak-hawak na ng SIU. We are the one who started the mission, and they had just ended the mission in that way. Wala rin naman akong karapatan na pagsabihan sila na dapat kami na lang ang tumapos dahil hindi naman kami taga-rito.

Wala rin akong karapatan na pagsabihan silang dapat sila na lang ang gumawa non dahil tinanggap ni Ki ang paghingi nila ng tulong sa amin. I don't know what they up to. Why they sought our help when in the first place, they are more good than us. Pero gayunpaman, ayon kay Abby, the P. O. D here are helping the agents since then when the P. O. D was established here in Germany.

I sigh.

Nasa meeting room sina Ki at Jun. I don't know, maybe they are talking about the new mission in Poland. The country that made me desperate. And made me almost die. Hindi na siya bumalik. I did not accept that he was dead, but my foster parents send me back to the Philippines. And that's when I met Ki and the P. O. D members.

I joined P. O. D when I was 17 years old. The reason why I transferred to Southville High from West Philippine Academy was because of the mission that Boss ordered me. I did not transfer to Southville High because I want the school and to see Min, but because my mission was to look out for Selene.

Kahit saan siya pumupunta non sinusundan ko siya maliban na lang nong pumunta siya dito. Ki and Jun knows about it and the P. O. D members even Min after he joined the P. O. D.

We don't have that many good memories together back then. We'd lost our connections almost 5 years after Tina's death.

That day when Selene was in danger, I saw Tina in my vision. I was driven by my emotions. I did love Tina, but Selene got my attention so fast.

And Nathalie, my close friend, together with the other Knights did not accept my decision to leave the Knights. Yes, I was so devastated at that time. I'd lost the most important person in my life. Charlie. Marcus. Tina. My best friend Min.
