Charlotte POV

I watched him walk away, wondering why I thought a guy like him could ever go for me. I definitely thought he was flirting, but it's been a long time since a guy flirted with me so maybe I was mistaken. As he approached the group, the guys turned to him and yelled something; I'm not sure what because I couldn't hear it over the music, and then they each pulled him into the bro-hug that guys do.

I could feel my face turn into one of confusion as I watched the scene play out. Once he was done talking to the guys, he looked at me over his shoulder and winked at me, before he said something to my friends. They each looked at him, and then at me, and then back at him before saying something. What could they have been talking about? Next thing you know, he was heading back my way.

Once he finally reached me, I said, "So what don't I know?"

"Those guys your friends are with," I nodded at him to continue, "well they're all of my friends. We came here together on vacation,"he said laughing.

I looked at him shocked, "Well that explains all of the bro-hugs then."

He laughed, and his laugh is definitely something I could get used to hearing, it was literally contagious. Once he was done laughing, the song changed.

"Oh my gosh, I love this song!" It was one of my favorite songs to dance to, a mash up of No Hands and Levels. I made eye contact with my friends, who were already looking at me and waving me over. I finished the rest of my drink, and turned to the boy I was talking to, only then realizing that I never caught his name.

"I'm sorry, but I really have to dance to this song." I motioned towards my friends, showing him that they wanted me to go to the dance floor.

He looked at me with an amused expression, and said, "Why don't I come with you?" With that, I grabbed his hand and dragged him towards my friends.

Once we got to the dance floor, I started moving my hips to the music while smiling at my friends. The song was fast paced, so it was super easy to dance to. My friends each had a guy that they were dancing with, while me, I was just fine dancing on my own. I was bouncing around, swaying my hips, when I felt a pair of hands snake their way around my wait.

I made eye contact with Jenny, silently asking if I should freak out or just go with it. She nodded slightly, giving me a grin, and letting me know to go with it. I moved my body back until I hit a wall, well a person, and let myself sway against whoever was behind me. Their hands moved to my hips, guiding me in my movements.

This isn't something I would usually do, but it was my birthday, I was buzzed, and it was Vegas, so why not? What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas, right? Plus, I was enjoying myself. The next song was just as fast, and so I continued dancing. The hands spun me around, and I was quickly face to face with the guy I had met at the bar. Almost as if it was instinct, my arms went around his neck and my cheeks turned a dark shade of red, as I looked up at who it was.

"Well, surprised to see me, Birthday Girl?"

"Yes."

He smiled down at me, "Well is that a good surprise?"

"Also yes."

After that, we continued to dance until the song was over. I turned around to look at my friends, and then I remembered I should probably check my phone. I looked at my phone seeing I had numerous happy birthday texts, including three from my mom, brother, and sister-in-law, and I also saw the time, which happened to be 3:30am.

Ashley saw me looking at my phone, so she motioned to the other girls and they came over. Once they saw the time, they decided we should leave. I was having fun, and didn't want to leave, but they dragged me by my arm towards the door. I turned to look for the guy I met at the bar, and he was talking to his friends.

Almost as if he knew I was looking at him, his eyes snapped up and met mine, and he immediately looked confused. In response, I just gave him a small smile and waved bye. He started to push his way through the crowd, but by the time he made it outside we were already in a cab on our way back to the hotel.
