Ruby and Luke had just stepped out of a coffee shop and headed to a park bench across the street. Luke held onto a hot mocha coffee while Ruby had a hot chocolate.

"We should tell them," Luke said as he sat down next to her.

She opened her cup to let some of the heat out, but she made sure to hold onto it so it didn't spill. "Yeah, I think it's time." She pulled out her phone and went to her messages. "Group chat?" When he nodded, she looked at an already existing group and started messaging: Guys...Luke and I have something to say

Her heart was already beating but she didn't know why. They're just announcing they're officially a thing, why is it so nerve-racking?

"It's okay," Luke said with a hand on her knee, "there's nothing to be nervous about."

She shyly smiled at him. "Sorry."
