Y/n's pov

Wow. Dallas Winston. THE Dallas Winston just apologized to me. He's never apologized I anyone. Even if he has, he hasn't meant it. Wait... What if he doesn't mean this one? "How do I know you not playing with me? How do I know his isn't a fake apology like all the others you have people? You always give fake apologies so how do I know this isn't one of them?" I said, as my voice was getting louder and louder by the second. "Y/n, you know I never apologize to anyone like that. If you don't believe me that's completely fine." He said. "I'll think about it, now go out there please. Tell pony to come back in." I said angrily. He did as he was told I'm guessing because Pony came running in. "Why are you running?" I asked. "Because I wanna know what he said to you." He answered. I told him what Dallas said and even he was shocked. "Are you gonna forgive him?" He asked sadly. "I don't know Bubba." I said. "Well if you don't, you can't stop hanging out with me ok? I don't want you to leave me for him." He said in the verge of tears. Have I ever mentioned that Ponyboy is the bawl baby of the Curtis family? Yeah, well, he is. It doesn't bother me though. I used to be just as sensitive as him. "Pony... I would never leave you for him. If anything I'd leave him for you 'cause your my number 1." I said, poking his chest while saying the last part. "Ok." He said while smiling. He started smiling really big and I knew what he wanted. I laid down to have Pony lay on top of me. This is why I love my best friend Ponyboy Michael Curtis.
