Hindi ko malaman kung anong meron pero pagkagising ko kinabukasan, nagmamadali na akong pumasok sa Assumption University. Dahil maaga pa ay wala pa masyadong tao kaya dumiretso muna ako sa cafeteria. After buying a fitbar, I made my way to my room.

Hindi rin nagtagal ay dumating na ang ibang classmate ko at nagsimulang magdaldalan. I was listening to my playlist nang mapaangat ang ulo ko at nakitang sabay na pumasok si Rencey kasunod si Zyle. Nangunot naman ang noo ko nang bigla siyang umupo sa katabi kong upuan.

"That's Zyle's," sabi ko at tumingin pa kay Zyle na nagkibit-balikat lang at inilagay na lang ang bag sa kinauupuan ni Rencey sa dulo. Madalas kasi sa gitna namin si Zyle. Sa ibang klase naman, ako. Terrence was always seated near the aisle kaya nagtaka ako at bigla siyang lumipat ngayon. I just shrugged it away specially when our professor came.

Terrence was weirder when our vacant time came. He's arms was on my shoulders while we are making our way on the corridor. Napapatingin tuloy sa amin 'yung iba.

Madalas kaming magkasama but he never did something like this for long, that it last until we came in the cafeteria. I knew Terrence doesn't want extra attention by putting his arms on me, kaya nagtataka talaga ako.

"What's wrong?" I asked him while eating my strawberries. I just gave him his pasalubong.

"Nothing." But I really think that something was bothering him. I shrugged. I knew he'll tell me if he wanted to. I'll just wait for that moment.

I turned to Zyle. "Hey, Zyle, I forgot my watch on your car. Remember when I took it off?" Uminon ako sandali ng tubig bago nagpatuloy. "Anyway, I forgot your jacket on my unit."

"Yeah, it's on my dashboard, nakalimutan kong kunin at dalhin kanina. How about I drive you home then I'll get it?"

"Ehem."

Sabay kaming napalingon kay Terrence na nananahimik at natingin sa akin. He turned to Zyle. "I'll drive her home."

Kumunot ang noo ko pero pinabayaan ko na lang at inubos na ang aking lunch.

The next days were normal except for Terrence being really weird. He will interrupt me everytime I was talking to Zyle. Minsan pa nga ay nasa corridor kami tapos bigla siyang sumingit sa gitna namin ni Zyle kapag nag-uusap.

Until I get suspicious. Sa tingin ko ay alam ko na kung bakit pero parang ang imposible talaga. Sa amin kasi, mas showy talaga ako. Inamin ko pa nga 'yon noon sa kaniya.

When he drove me home, I finally confronted him.

"Are you really, really jealous of Zyle?"

He glanced at me and looked at the driveway. "No."

I rolled my eyes. "really?"

"Really."

I just shrugged at him, but a wicked plan was running on my mind.

"Hmm, okay... But why does I felt like someone doesn't want to admit something~"

Hindi niya ako pinansin at nag-drive lang. Palingon-lingon naman ako sa labas.

"I'll start moving to your unit by the weekend after the midterms," paalam ko.

"Okay," he answered shortly.

I glanced at him. Galit ba s'ya?

"Zyle!" I greeted while making my way to him. Sinadya kong hindi pinansin si Terrence na nakakunot ang noo at nakatingin sa mga kamay kong ikinawit sa braso ni Zyle.
