A/N:- I will quote this storyline from "You Don't Need a Heart " comic. Of course I will change somethings, not taking the whole story as the same. It would include Joey x Reader.

{My Heart in You}

You slowly opened your eyes, everything was blurry around you. "Ahh, you finally woke up!" You heard a familiar voice. A shadow hovered over you,"J-Joey, what's g-going on?" You said, scared. "Don't worry kitten, I just need your help to save Bendy." He said with a sadistic smile. You saw he held a scalpel and brought it to your chest, "Joey, w-what are you doing?" You said as you tried to stand, but you were chained. "Shhh, it won't take long." He stated as he started to tear your chest open which made you struggle to free yourself. "NO JOEY! STOP!" Your gloved hand turned into a huge claws and you scratched his cheek. You got scared as you looked at him holding his bloody cheek.

You heard him insanely laugh, "Good reaction Y/N, but it won't stop me!" His hand went inside your chest and grasped your heart, "You don't need a heart, my toon." He said and pulled your heart out, putting it into a jar felled with ink. After that, everything went black and white. You could see the outline of Joey, a smile on his face. You could just see just the outline now with childishly drawn faces. The ink started to run down your mouth and forehead, but not covering your face. You were suddenly exhausted. You felt empty, something was missing. You felt cold like there's a hole in your chest.

You felt him wrapping your chest with bandages as ink oozed out. Then he freed you and held you in his arms, you put your hands on his shoulder trying to get warm. "It wasn't bad now, was it? I'm glad that you didn't die." He cooed as he petted your back. "Did I do good, Joey?" You asked tiredly. "You did amazing my little demon, you helped me to bring Bendy." He said, smiled sadistically.

It was a miracle that you were brought to life perfectly after the ritual Joey did, but for Bendy it was difficult. The ink demon need a heart and Joey couldn't think of anyone better than you who had lived for a month in the studio. Your heart was perfect, it beats with joy exactly like Bendy. He needed to sacrifice  you to save Bendy and the show.

"Come now, you need some rest."

Nothing after that went good for you. You started to have hallucinations which made you laugh all the time, this freaked Joey a lot that he cage you in a room. You also started to feel like something was missing and you needed this thing badly. You didn't know what to do, the ink was still covering your forehead and coming out of your mouth and injury. You started to write on the walls words like.

Something missing.

Or

I need it.

Joey didn't let anyone see you, even Henry and Bendy, although Henry felt suspicious of Joey's actions. Bendy was all the time curious why Joey was mad all the time and why he forbid him from going to that specific room. He asked Joey about you, he thought Joey didn't bring you to life. Joey lied to Bendy and told him that he failed in doing so several times, but he still trying thought.

One day, Bendy followed Joey to that room secretly. He noticed that Joey was holding a bacon soup can, "Was there a person in that room?" Thought Bendy. He hid in the darkness and got a good spot where he can listen.
