Hindi ako makapaniwala sa mga nangyari. I'm the one who initiated the kiss! Ako ang nauna! Was that really me? I'm that crazy? I kissed a guy that I didn't even know. I just met him in the dance floor for goodness's sake! I gave in easily to him!

"Tara, pinapatawag ka ni Ma'am Neri." Ryla said, one of my colleagues, interrupting my thoughts.

"Ah ganon ba sige pupunta na ko sa office nya,"

I stand up and walked to the office our head. Nandito ako sa trabaho at pinipilit ang sarili na magtrabaho kahit na hindi pa rin makapaniwala. Kung wala lang lang akong tambak na gawain. I will spend the rest of the day in my condo, thinking again and again.

I knocked first before entering to the office of our head.

"Good Morning Ma'am pinapatawag nyo daw po ako,"

She looked at me before returning to her papers in the table "Yes, I just want to know if you already encoded our recent transaction."

"Yes Ma'am I already encoded our transaction with Mr. Belza." I answered politely.

"How about the records of all transaction for this month? The board need it, Are you done with it?" she inquired.

"Yes, Ma'am. I'll just send you the files."

"I want it now. Anyways by next week I need the financial statement last month." she said dismissively.

"Noted Ma'am. I'll go now." tango na lang ang isinagot nya sakin.

Agad akong bumalik sa cubicle ko at sinend na ang files kay Ma'am. Itinuon ko ang aking buong atensyon sa aking desktop at nag-umpisa na bumalik sa trabaho. Naistorbo lang ako ng biglang tumunog ang cellphone ko. An incoming call from my mom.

I immediately answered the call "Mom,"

"Hello anak, Adrienne...Are you free tonight? I just want to ask if you could come for dinner. I missing you, darling,"

"Sure Mom, I'll be there." I replied.

"Oh that's great! May gusto ka bang iluto ko? Anything darling? Perhaps your favorite lasagna?"

"Anything, Mom, basta ikaw nagluto "

She chuckled " I love you honey, See you."

"I love you too Mom," and the line went dead.

Kauuwi ko lang mula sa trabaho pero kailangan ko ng mag-ayos dahil may dinner pa ko with family. I need to be there by 6:30 para makatulong naman kahit papaano kay Mommy. And it's already 5 PM. I was about to go to my room when my phone beeped. There's a text from my Rein.

Rein:
Hey Tara, Are you free? Let's hang-out! May bagong bukas na bar malapit sa unit ko!Pumayag na sina Leya.

Hindi ko alam kung magpapasalamat ako dahil may dinner na ko na pupuntahan at di ako makakasama sa kanila sa pagni-night out. Sa totoo di pa ko nakakamove-on sa nangyari kaya di ko alam kung makakapunta pa ako sa mga bar.

I typed my reply to Rein

Ako:
I'm sorry Rein but I'm not free. I have a dinner with family. Maybe next time.

And I hit the send button, Minutes later Rein has replied.

Rein:
Oh that's sad. Sayang naman but we understand. So next time.

Dumiretso na ko sa kwarto ko upang makaligo at makapaghanda na. I don't know if I'm ready to see Dad 'cause that last time we had a dinner, I and Dad just fought. Nag-away lang kami.
