Hi, I want to say that seeing the recent events of Geroge Floyd's death and generally the racism, I am going to pay tribute to Floyd in this chapter with as much respect as I can. This situation sadly is not sporadic, there IS a problem regarding the way non-white people are treated, as "less than", which is absolutely wrong. It makes me sick to think that there are people that believe they are superior to others, that think that race or conditions take away value of a person. I invite all of you to actively be anti-racism, because we can't let racist people have more voice than the rest of us. I can't do much, but this is my position, #BLACKLIVESMATTER because I stand with them against racism, because I am not a stranger to racism I can see it, I see it on the news and I see it in my own country and it is WRONG, so here is me telling all of you, I see you, I hear you, I value you, I will defend you and I stand with you. I cannot stretch this enough guys: #BlackLivesMatter

(So please if you want to comment "not only Black lives matter, all lives matter", abstain yourself, because if the only time you bring up police brutality on white people is when people are protesting against police brutality towards black people, then YOU are part of the problem)

To: Bella Swan
Happy Birthday, Bella. I know you don't want me mentioning it at school so... yeah, congrats.

Renata pressed send to the message and finished wrapping the dress and shoes Alice and her had coordinated to buy for Bella's birthday. Bella had slowly warmed up to Renata during the week, they even teased Edward together a couple times, so for the sake of her, she and Alice made somewhat of a truce to get her something nice to wear for the party that day. It didn't mean that Renata was best friends with Bella now, she just kind of compromised for Edward and the sake of peace.

Don't remind me.

Renata laughed at Bella's message, she was mortified about turning eighteen and being older than Edward. She was so afraid of getting old it was funny.

"Hey, pup, is it ready?" Alice skipped into Renata's room as she finished the bow on the gift.

"It's ready and I still don't get why you call me 'pup'" Renata huffed.

"Well, you spend a lot of time with them but you are smaller, like a puppy" Alice told her and took the gift to her car. Emmet entered the room and laughed at Renata, whose hair was all over the place.

"So, Alice was just here and neither of you ended up with a broken something?" He laughed, which resulted in him being pushed by Renata, "can I chose what you wear today?" He asked going through her closet once again, as if he hadn't memorized everything to keep her from wearing certain things.

"And here I thought that the one who knew fashion was Rosalie" Renata told him, sitting in her bed while Emmet separated white jeans and a pastel blue sweatshirt with a white square with butterflies in the middle. He had finally given up to Renata's sweatshirts but only in they were not always paired up with yoga pants.

"Well, and who do you think taught him?" Rosalie told her, entering back to her room and hugging Emmet, "speaking of clothing, I already have what you'll be wearing tonight" Rosalie told Renata, to which she rolled her eyes, "what? It's not every day I get to dress you up"

"I thought you didn't even want a party" Renata told her. Rosalie sat in the bed next to Renata and put her arms around her.

"I don't particularly do but I never say no to an opportunity to look extra" Rosalie told her, "and I'm gonna make you look extra, too"
