A.N~ and now, back to our regularly scheduled crack (Early update yay!)
"Hey Bakugo!" Kirishima greeted as the blonde packed up for the day "Where you goin?"
"Visitin' Deku" the boy grumbled, swinging his bag over his shoulder and shoving past his classmate
"Right" the red head sighed, walking alongside him "It's been two days now, he still hasn't woken up?"
"Nope." He responded. The blonde had been in an unnaturally quiet mood these past two days and his class and teacher were beginning to get worried
"Hey, I'll visit with you!" Kirishima suggested "I haven't really seen him since-"
"No thanks." He walked out the gate, Ejiro still tagging along.
"Come on~ I want to check up on him too-"
"I said no asshole!" Bakugo snapped, getting ready to explode his classmate "What do you not understand about-" his phone went off with a quiet ding. He paused mid-rant, shot the boy a glare and pulled out the device.
Deku
It was a selfie of a more exhausted and scrawnier looking Midoriya giving the camera a peace sign, IV clearly visible in his arm, bandage around his neck and tongue out impishly from where he lay half buried in his hospital gown, pillow and blanket.
I lived bitch.
You still have my knife?
Katsuki glared at his phone, unsure on whether to start crying in joy or explode the phone
"SON OF A BITCH!!" he screamed instead, shoving the phone back in his pocket and taking off down to the train station.
"Bakugo??! Wait up!!"
~~~
"A sports fest?" Midoriya asked, still rubbing his head where his friend had repeatedly smacked him with a pillow the instant he saw him awake "Oh yeah! The U.A annual sports fest! I forgot about that! We're still doing it??"
"Apparently" Bakugo huffed, eyeing the nurse who simply glared at him back, still quite unhappy about the blonde having attacked her patient the moment he'd burst in
"So soon?" Inko fretted
"Yeah, I mean, we just got attacked by villains-"
"Darling please don't mention that" his mother shuddered
"Sensei said it would be a good boost in morale" Kirishima explained, having tagged along despite Katsuki's protests
"Wait, Eraserhead is teaching??" Izuku gaped "How??!"
"He looked like a mummy but he still showed up" Bakugo snorted, leaning back in his seat "Shows how pathetic you are, seeing as how all you had was fucking blood loss and a sprained wrist"
"Kacchan!/ Katsu-kun!" mother and son cried, although one more offended than the other
"You are!" he cackled at Izuku's pouting face
"I'm getting discharged today!" the boy protested
"After a two and a half-day coma?" Kirishima fretted
"Like Kacchan said" Izuku dismissed with a wave of an IV'd hand "Just a little blood loss" Kirishima blanched
"That- that's not something to be taken lightly dude" he whispered, glancing over at Inko
"He insisted on getting back as soon as possible" she sighed in defeat, used to her son's recklessness "Saying he had a project to work on or something" Izuku lit up
