Rye's Point of View
I went in the shower againto get my self clean while Jaden is repeatedly saying how sorry he is and that he got carried away. I wouldn't mind if I was on birth control but I'm not, the hormonal changed it gives you don't sound too pleasing for me so I rather use condoms or have sex with someone who can pull out. Jaden is usually good at pulling out but I think the rush of having to finish quick made him forget.
I went back in my room without Jaden, we heard Anthony and the other ones arrive so that meant he had to leave.
I lay next to the baby and almost had heart burn of the thought of having my own. I love Hunter, more than myself at the moment, but I'm glad he isn't mine because I don't want to have children. Pregnancy scares me and teenagers, don't even get me started on teenagers! They are scary hormonal creatures who eat junk food and yell at their moms, at least thats how I was. I'd hate to have a child like me or be a mom and act like my mother. I respect women that love motherhood, but I don't feel the same love. I mean, I'm basically a part time mom and I probably cry every single day about it.
And Jaden? He wouldn't make a great dad right now, maybe when he's older and mature. He's not emotionally stable to take care of another life, and we aren't together which would make things messier.
The next morning I woke up early to go to a pharmacy. I put Hunter in a cute blue onesie and a brown bear hat, I'm also wearing blue. A simple top with jeans and my white air forces. I head downstairs and found everyone passed out in the living room, nobody went to their house last night. I saw Jaden peacefully sleeping on the floor, I went over to him and kicked him slightly. He opens his eyes scared and then sighed when he saw that it was me.
"Come with me." I whisper.
I went to the kitchen and prepared a bottle for Hunter while Jaden is in the bathroom washing his mouth and face.
"Where are we going?" He asks once we were outside walking over to my car.
"The pharmacy." I say setting up Hunter in the carseat. "You're driving because I'm feeding him."
"Why are we going to the pharmacy?"
"I'm buying a morning after pill."
"For what?"
"You came inside, I don't want to get pregnant." I say in an obvious tone. "You can't get pregnant so fast." He chuckles.
"I'm not taking any chances." I tell him. Hunter is such a messy kid, he has already spit all over his cute outfit. "This is exactly why." I sigh.
"I think that if it was Joshua, you'd keep it."
"Keep it? You're acting as if I'm getting an abortion, chill out. And no, I wouldn't have his child neither. I wouldn't have anyone's child in general." I rant. "Anyway, it's my body."
"Okay, you're being too defensive."
I ignore him for the rest of the ride. We got to the pharmacy and I told Jaden to hold Hunter, he's a little awkward when holding the baby but it's not that bad.
"Sixty dollars?" Jaden asks surprised when I grabbed the Plan B small box. "There's cheaper ones, but I trust this one more." I say.
"It's cheaper than a baby." I laugh but Jaden isn't really having it. He must be hung over and mad that I dragged him here at this hour.
"When I turn twenty one I'm selling or donating my eggs. I don't want kids but a lot of woman do but can't conceive." I state as we were doing the line to pay the pill and a water bottle. I get no response from Jaden again. I wasn't lying though. It'll be privilege to help a couple to start a family of they can't.
