Joshua's Point of View
I'm starting to get worried over Rye, it's been about ten minutes since she left to the bathroom. I hope she didn't leave or is crying in there, my intentions were never to hurt her in any way. I'm aware she has feelings for someone else, even if she doesn't want to recognize it, and all I can do is walk away and be the bigger person.
"What the..." I mumble under my breathe when I see Rye's friends, Bryce and Griffin rushing in the restaurant. What are they doing here? Dressed like that?
"Where's Rye?" Bryce asks me. "In the bathroom." I answer standing up.
They didn't say anything back to me, so I followed them to the bathroom. So much is going on, I can't begin to explain how confused I am.
"Wait, You can't go in the ladies room!" A waitress yells at the boys, but they ignored her and proceeded to walk in the restroom.
I stayed outside. If Rye is having a mental breakdown I don't think she'll want me in there. I'm slightly relived that Jaden didn't come with them, I would've been on the floor already with a broken nose.
Griffin's Point of View
"Yo Bryce, I think Rye is sick." I say storming into his room. "What?"
I showed him the texts and he got up immediately.
"Her snapchat location says that she's at an Italian restaurant close to here."
No more time was wasted and we rushed our way to the restaurant. Weather she's crying or passed out, we should be there for her and if we get there and she's fine but only forgot to text back, at least we'll show her that we worry about her.
Bryce mentioned that she wants to move out and I couldn't be more sad about that. We all agreed to be nicer to her, because lets be honest; we treat her like she's one of the boys and sometimes she doesn't mind but I know she gets upset. I told Jaden to make up his mind or leave her alone because I know that's one of the reasons she also wants to move out, to not see him all the time.
"Where's Rye?" Bryce asks Joshua once we spot him inside of the restaurant. We completely ignored the hostess and I know everyone is staring at us.
"In the bathroom." Joshua answers.
Bryce and I basically ran there while Joshua was trying to smack some sense in our brain, but guess what? We ignored him and went in anyways.
"Rye?" I call inside the bathroom.
"Excuse me you can't be in here." A lady says.
I kneel down, not listening to what she's saying and peaked through the bottom of the only stall there is in this bathroom, where I see Rye on the floor passed out.
"Call 911!" I yell.
"What?" Both Bryce and the lady yell as crawled underneath the stalls door to get to Rye. "She passed out!"
I open the door from the inside and then placed Rye on my lap. She looks pale and she's sweaty. She's been out for fifteen minutes probably. How come Joshua didn't suspect something was wrong?
A lot of people came in the bathroom, including Joshua and waitresses but I kept asking them to leave because Rye needs all the air she can take and having them here makes the room hot.
"Do you guys have a first aid kit? I need the rubbing alcohol." I ask. "I think we do!" A waitress says exiting the room.
"Ten fucking minutes?" Bryce yells to the phone. Joshua is standing in the corner looking guilty as hell but I don't feel bad. Don't get me wrong, I like the dude, but it was obvious something was wrong and he didn't do anything about it.
