Rye's Point of ViewI wait desperately for Bryce in my car after arriving to the mall. I'm preparing myself mentally for what I'm about to hear. It isn't silly or simple because Bryce is making a big deal about it, and he never really cares about anything this much.
You know when you're in a position where you start suspecting a lot of things about someone but you rather leave it alone than confirming it? ...that was me a lot of times with Griffin's behavior.
I never confused his kind gestures as anything other than him being a good friend. Griffin is one of the greatest people I've ever met, he's almost perfect so I can't twist everything he had done for me because I'm sure most of them were out of pure love and friendship.
But there were other things, little things, that were obvious about his feelings towards me. I ignored them always and pushed those thoughts away, thinking I was misunderstanding.
"Sup ugly." Bryce greets me, getting in my car and closing the door right after. "Hi hi." I say back.
"I told them you were crying." He laughs. "That's the only way I convinced them to not come with me." Funny enough, I'll probably end up crying after this conversation.
I'm Riann, and Riann cries a lot.
"Thanks." I roll my eyes. "So..."

Bryce's Point of View
"Are you kidding me?" I hear Sierra yell from Griffin's room. "She hated on our relationship, you broke your hand because of her and you still defend her? I've heard so many other things about her! Griffin, she's a disease!"
They're definitely talking about Rye.
I rushed out of my room and stood in the hallway to hear their argument clearer.
"Don't talk about her like that. You don't even know her." He hisses. I agree with him, Rye is a mess but she isn't a disease. "And I didn't fracture my wrist because of her, I fought because I wanted to."
"Why did you even fight for her? You acted brutal!"
"Because she's my friend, Sierra. You don't know anything about her friendship with me."
"You don't do that for someone who you only see as a friend. I mean, would you do that for me? Fight like an animal?"
I'm going to have to give that one to Sierra, Griffin wasn't himself for a glimpse moment when we were about to fight Kio and Tayler. Don't get me wrong, I was angry and willing to do anything in order to protect Rye, but Griffin took it to the next level. I've never seen him that mad, and listen, we've been in a lot of fights together, I know how angry he can get.
"Would you?" She asks again. Griffin stayed silent once more. "Are you fucking kidding me?" Her voice cracks.
"Do you even like me?" This girl is dramatic as hell.
"Yes I do." That's the most blank response I've ever heard in my life. "You're pissing me off Sierra." She's now pissing him off? I'm bothered since the beginning!
"I don't care! You're not being honest with me. You obviously have more interest in Rye than me."
"If you know it then why are you still here!"
Oh shit!
"So you do like her!"
"Yes! Now leave me alone."
