"I'm home."

We entered Yuki's home, being greeted by a tall man.

"Hello, what can I get you today? We have a large selection of freshly baked bread."

"You don't recognize me, father?"

The man gave her a confused look, and his face turned into awe.

"Yuki?! You're back! My, how much you've grown! Come on in through the back and head upstairs, bring that boy with you too."

The man closed the store as we headed upstairs into the living room. He told us to take a seat and left the room.

"Who was that?"

"That was my father."

Yuki's father came back with a woman beside him, and they took a seat in front of us.

"It is Yuki!"

"Hi, Mom."

"Do you know how worried you made us?! I'm just happy you're safe. And you've grown so much. Was it because of this boy here? Is he your boyfriend by chance?"

"No! He's one of the Neon Cavaliers, from the legends you told me."

"Is he really?"

"Yes, Father. He allowed me to join his party and raised me to be the woman I am right now."

Yuki's face was very smug, and I laughed nervously. Her mother and father leaned near me with an intense glare. Her father laughed, and her mother giggled.

"No way he's one of the Neon Cavaliers. Doesn't look like a hero to me? Oh right, the names Irvin, Yuki's father."

"I'm Yuki's Mother, Hana."

"I'm Alex."

"Well, Alex, would you like some tea?

"Yes, please."

Yuki's mother got up and went to make some tea. Yuki's father talked to me about Yuki's life, which made Yuki embarrassed. Yuki's mother came back with the tea and bread handing it to me.

"Oh, Yuki, have you meet your sister yet?"

"Sister?"

Her mother told her to come with her and asked me to come along too. We entered a room where a crib was sitting in a corner. She brought Yuki and introduced her to her baby sister.

"Say hello to your baby sister, Miko."

I noticed Yuki beginning to cry, happy that she has a sister. I left the store and headed into the streets when I noticed a crowd of people staring out into the distance. I walked over to see what was going on and noticed Matt there.

"Matt, what's going on?"

"A tsunami is heading for Vrenate. It should be here in about five minutes. The strange thing is that there weren't any earthquakes. Only one thing could have caused that."

"Yeah, one of the Devil's kings' generals. Does the king know?"

"He's down there putting up a magic barrier with some of the guards. The only problem is their barrier won't be able to block it due to how fast and powerful the tsunami is."

"Looks like I should lend them a shield."

I smirked and headed to the shore where the king and the guards were putting up the barrier. The king noticed me summoning my shield, and I held it in front of me.
