Heracles and Lucy walked out onto the arena.
"Up next is the demi-god Heracles with a power level of 800,000, against Lucy, who has a power level of 450,200!"
Heracles walked out with a sword on his shoulder, ready to fight Lucy.
"Let's see what you can do."
He got into a battle stance as Lucy did the same.
"Begin!"
Heracles lifted his right foot and stomped it onto the ground, causing a wave of rocks to shoot up in Lucy's direction.
Lucy jumped to the side, dodging the attack.
She fired a barrage of energy blasts at Heracles, creating an explosion when they connected.
As the smoke cleared, Lucy noticed Heracles used his golden fur cape to protect himself and seemed to have taken no damage from her attack.
Heracles smiled and ran toward lucy. He lifted his sword as he got closer and swung it down.
Lucy blocked it with her spear's shaft, causing the ground to crack.
"The impact! He has enough power to destroy a small country! The only people I know that can do that are Selena and Me!"
Lucy moved her spear, causing Heracles to fall forward, and she hit him in the stomach with her knee. She jumped back, looking at Heracles.
He stood up, unfazed by the strike to the stomach.
He buried his hands into the ground, picked up the ground beneath him, and ruptured it, sending a wave of violent earth rushing toward Lucy, but Lucy dodged it by rolling to the side.
Lucy ran toward Heracles, surrounding her spear in magic energy.
"Spear Crash!"
She lunged forward, leaving an afterimage behind as she ran toward Heracles.
Her attack connected, but Heracles blocked it with his caped.
"The pelt of the Nemean Lion. Impervious to any attack."
Lucy jumped back with sweat rolling down her face.
"I don't think I can with this. But I'm not giving up till I know for sure!"
She charged energy into her hand and fired a massive beam.
Heracles held his hand out and flicked the blast into the sky, much to Lucy's surprise.
"Give up. You can't match a demi-god."
"I give up when I want to!"
She charged at Heracles and thrusted her spear forward, but he grabbed it. Lucy tried to pull it away but lacked the strength to do it as Heracles bent the spear and snapped it clean in half.
Lucy fell back, sitting on the ground in disbelief that Heracles managed to bend and break her steel spear.
"You... You really are a demi-god!"
Heracles scoffed, dropping the part of the spear he broke.
"Did you not hear the announcer?"
Heracles walked away as Lucy got up, walking back to the stands.
"Our next match involves two neon cavaliers facing off against each other. I'm talking about Leo, with a power level of 160,000, and Connor, with a power level of 180,000!"
Leo and Connor walked out, getting into a battle stance.
"Better not hold back on me, Leo!"
"Let's make this a good one, Connor!"
