Clarke's P.O.V

It had been nearly 2 months since the drop ship landed on Earth. 2 months since our lives changed forever. The 100 was now down to 94, we had lost 2 in the landing, and later Wells, Atom and Charlotte. The latest loss was a bit more recent and was due to the unsolved issue of the Grounders. We had landed in their land after all, we hadn't known it at the time but now we were all too aware.

We had set up camp around the drop ship, with make-shift tents and other supplies. One of the first things we did was set up a wall on the perimeter. Better safe than sorry. We had decided to use the dropship as a med bay. This of course made me happy, it gave me a space to organize and keep myself busy. With the little training I had I was put in charge of the med bay and therefore i was responsible to do everything I could to save those who came through the drop ship doors harmed.

Mount weather had been a bust, we had never even made it close to it, or the supplies said to be inside. So far our contact with the grounders was limited, not counting the capture and torture of Lincoln. Lincoln was the only grounder i trusted, even if it was only a little bit. I only trusted him because of one thing, the way he looked at Octavia. Bellamy, the other 'leader' of our camp and Octavia's brother was not happy about how Lincoln looked at his sister, but what made him even angrier was that Octavia looked at Lincoln the same way.

Montey and Jasper were two of the few people I trusted in camp. They were in charge of farming, or the attempt we were making. Raven, the girl who had fallen from the sky shortly after we did, was an engineer. Raven had come to Earth for Finn her boyfriend or at least that's what I had discovered when she arrived.

Finn on the other hand had hid this relationship from me. It shouldn't have meant anything except for the fact that me and Finn had been starting some weird form of a relationship. I guess I wouldn't have called it that but it was wrong nonetheless. Finn had been kind and funny, he helped me forget the stress of being on the ground. We hadn't known each other long and we knew little about each other but we were friends. This friendship developed until finally we slept together. It wasn't a huge deal, I had been a virgin but I had never placed a lot of importance on sex.
But finding out about Raven hurt. How could Finn keep this secret from me. It made me sick. Now I was giving him the silent treatment, however childish it sounds, I just couldn't stand to talk to him.

The other leader of the camp was Bellamy Blake. He had been a cadet on the ark and now that he was on the ground he was who everyone seemed to turn to. We didn't get along at first. All we did was argue. Bellamy was just one of those boys with a chip on his shoulder who seemed to do anything as long as it was good for him. Slowly we figured we had to work together. We actually make an okay team, that is when we can agree on anything. He came down to the ground to protect his sister, which is honorable but didn't change my mind about him.

One of the reasons I didn't like Bellamy was because he called me Princess, a nickname which originally came from Finn. He was stubborn just like me and we would constantly butt heads. But this changed the day I saw him with Atom. Atom had been caught in our first acid fog. I had found him and Bellamy after it cleared. Bellamy unharmed but Atom not nearly as lucky. He asked Bellamy to kill him. I knew there was no chance he would survive his injuries and that killing him would be merciful. But Bellamy couldn't do it. I saw it in his eyes. He wasn't a killer, he only hurt others if he was protecting someone, he couldn't bring himself to kill Atom. I took the knife from him, humming a lullaby my mom use to sing to me, I carefully ended Atoms suffering. I hummed to him and brushed my finger through his hair as the light left his eyes. Bellamy and I never brought it up again.

I walked out of the dropship to get some air and clear my head. I had been going over the past 2 months in my head non stop. Our communication with the Ark was down and we had no way to talk to them. I walked down the ramp and passed the fire. It was getting dark and I knew if I didn't eat soon I would forget. As I reached the table with the rations Montey called me over. I grabbed a pack and walked over to where he was sitting with Raven and a few of the others I wasn't too close to. "Hey Clarke. What have you been up to all day?" He asked making casual conversation. "Nothing much. What about you?" I asked wondering why he really wanted to talk. He leaned a bit closer to me and spoke just loud enough for me to hear. " Bellamy and Octavia had another fight. They stormed off and now Bellamy won't leave his tent." I looked at him a bit confused.
