Chapter 23

Nina's POV

"Fabian run!" I shouted as Senkara was trying to capture him! He ran and ran into the clearing but she got him and took him away.

"Fabian! NO!!!! Fabian! Senkara you will pay!" I stayed there face flat on the ground crying and mourning. I can't believe that just happened! Why did I let him go! Why!?!?!
I ran inside the house and upstairs to my room where Eddie,Alfie, and Amber were. I walked in and Eddie turned around.

"There you are! Look we have great..." he stopped because he saw that I was crying.

"..What's wrong?" He asked.

"S-she s-she t-t-t.."

"Spit it out Nina" he said.

"Senkara took Fabian" I managed to say and Amber came running to me.

"What!?" He yelled.

"Oh Nina I'm so sorry" Amber said rubbing my back.

"I can't believe this is happening! It's all my falt. I just had to come back." I said blaming everything on me!

"Nina that's not true. It will be okay." Eddie said grabbing my arm and pulling me into a hug and I kept crying.

"Shhhh. Nina everything will be okay." he said petting my head and I kinda liked the fact that he cared.
At last we released and he wiped the tears from my eyes.

"So what were you saying before?" I said trying to break the awkwardness.

"Oh...um we found the Frobisher gem!"he said.

"Really!" I said becoming happier.

"Yes so all we need to do is learn the spell." he said smiling at me.

I knew everything was going to be okay! We have my locket, the Frobisher gem and now all we have to do is learn the spell!

Eddies POV

Later that night me and Nina were in my room going over the spell. we joined hands and said the spell over
and over to get it in our heads.

"For you evil spirit of the grave, make your peace and go away. You no longer need to be in existence, so go to the underworld and make your appearence" we both said over and over and over and finally we got it! We were going to try and do the ceremony but Victor did his 'thing' as usual.

"Rats! Okay let's do this tomorrow in the mask chamber!" She said and started packing up her things but just stood there for a few seconds in thought.

"Eddie, is it okay if I sleep here? I don't think I'll be able to sleep up there?"

"Um sure. it will keep me company as well since..." I began but she started tearing up. "oh.. sorry" I said.

"It okay. I just wanna get this spell over with and get him back!" She said laying down in his bed.(fabians bed)

"Nina" I began.

"Yeah?" She asked.

"Um never mind. It's stupid" I said.

"If you wanted me to come over there to keep you company why did you just say so?" She giggled.

"Wait how did you..."

"Haha I don't know I just could feel that that's what you wanted" she said and giggled.

"Yeah. um you don't have to."

"It's okay I would probly feel safer" she said and grabbed her blanket and came over to my bed and laid beside me.

"Goodnight" we said .

"Goodnight" I said back and we both fell into a deep relaxing sleep.
