When I See You [COMPLETE - editing]

Prologue

"Why do I have to hide? people will judge me anyway"

Lagi niyang sinasabi sakin yan. Tama siya kahit ano namang maging desisyon ko, di mawawala ang judgement ng tao. Kahit anong piliin ko, nandun pa din sila. I love her because of her confidence until one day she called me.

"Cade? I think it's time that i'll give up"

I'm not used to her words, usually ako nagsasabi nito sa kanya pero ngayon I heard what I fear for.

"I'm not tired Cade, it's just I think this will not work."

I got chills, tapos nag text si tita sakin and told me na they are on the way sa ospital. I asked what happened..

" Accident, just 10 minutes ago."

"But she just called me, kausap ko siya ngayon lang tita."

" She didn't tell you anything Cade. She did it for you."

For me? What do they mean they did it for me?

"Cade, promise me one thing.. Promise me that you'll choose me again."

Without thinking I replied..

"Promise."

That's the last thing I remember, ngayon nasa ospital ako. May pumasok na nurse sa kwarto ko and told me na pwede na ko ma-discharge after 2 days. Imomonitor lang daw ako for a while.

"Excuse me, do you know someone named Chantal?"

"Sorry sir, hindi po eh. Sige po sir magpahinga na po muna kayo."

"Wait.. Bakit pala ako nandito?"

"You've been in comatose sir, 5 days na simula ng magkamalay ka pero you keep on saying the same thing po. Pahinga na po kayo, dadating din po doctor mo after 10 minutes."

After 10 minutes dumating nga yung doktor ko, tinanong niya ako kung sino si Chantal at lagi kong tinatanong sa nurse na nagbabantay sa akin. Sinabi ko na hindi ko alam. She's been the only girl I keep on my mind na even complete name ko di ko masyadong maalala.

"Ma, do you know someone na Chantal yung pangalan?"

"No anak, we haven't meet someone with that name. Wala ka namang nakukwento sa amin even before the accident."

"What accident?"

Buong araw nag kwento sa akin si mama and there's no Chantal in it. Hindi ko alam kung paano o sino si Chantal pero she always have a special place in my heart. I always ask my family about her pero there's no Chantal talaga. They also told me na I never bring a girl sa bahay namin.
