When I See You [COMPLETE - editing]

CHAPTER 2 - SCENE 4

"Why are you still writing?"

"It's for school.. alam mo na, theater and film writer ako diba? I need to update the script para sa actors. Ikaw, bakit naisipan mo kong samahan dito?"

"I also wrote and it's about us but I think the story will never have an ending because you, yourself doesn't want to start it.."

"Okay proceed tayo sa Scene 4. It's good na you guys practiced the lines ahead." ----- sabi ng director namin.

"And Cade, you're good. Yung emotion mo as if ikaw mismo yung nasa story, may connection ka sa character ng story na 'to. It's perfect na ikaw ang nakuhang cast." Dagdag pa niya.

While reading the script I found the lines familiar and naalala ko I was memorizing it even before the accident, even before ako ma-coma. Hindi naman 'to bago sakin kasi mabilis din naman ako mag memorya ng lines and inaaral ko din naman agad yung character ko so maybe walang magiging problema.

"ayoko simulan yung istorya natin kasi ayoko ding matapos yung sandali na kasama kita."

"Aray!"

"Oh Cade anong nangyare sayo?"

"Paper cut lang po. Sorry po direk."

Pumunta din naman yung team na in charge for medic kaya nabigyan din nila ako agad ng band aid. Ngayon unti-onti ko ding nare-realize na ang lungkot ng mga linya at parang hindi masaya ang ending niya hindi gaya ng mga play na ginagawa ko noon.

"Sige itry na natin irehearse 'tong scene 4. Cade okay ka na? ready na ang partner mo. I hope you also study these lines ahead of time para maka proceed tayo sa other part na kailangan iworkshop."

Tumango ako at pumunta uli sa stage. Ipinapaliwanag na sa amin yung mararamdaman sa scene na 'to, yung mga linya at kung anong emosyon yung mararamdaman dapat ng tao.

"Why don't you do things for yourself?"

"How? My family can't even remember my birthday so bakit ko pa iisipin yung sarili ko? Am I important..? ---"

Hindi naman umiiyak ung partner ko pero alam ko na may umiiyak somewhere, ramdam ko yung sakit habang naririnig kong umiiyak siya.

"--- Noong nawala ako they just cried for a day then back to normal as if nothing happened."

"I care about you. You always deserve the happiness you've been looking for."

I smiled as I feel that it is really happening, hindi lang script kundi totoong buhay.

"I'm always happy with you. Always."

She smiled back at me, I saw her tears but she's smiling. She went back on what she's writing habang nakangiti. I always been longing for that smile.

"Okay! Ang ganda parang totoong totoo yung script na 'to. Sayang nga lang hindi na mapapanood ni Chantal na ipalabas 'tong play niya. Pero all of you did a good job guys! Tapos na muna tayo dito. Assignment ng actors na aralin ang scene 5 hanggang 10 we may jump into different scenes kung perfect niyo uli yan gaya ng nangyare ngayon."
