I was listening to "SiriusXM" and that song from "The Mocking Jay" (part of the hunger games trilogy) started playing. ;-; I freaked out and told my mom to come here, and she sat and listened with me. She then looked at me when it was over.
"Why were you so scared?"
Who said I was scared? *nervous laugh* Cuz I never did. Ok, yah, I was a little bit. (I'm not good at lying) I was very scared, because I know the meaning behind that.
It is a song sung by a man who was hung at "The Hanging Tree," and he was singing it to his lover. It was something along the lines of singing it to her to coax her into dying with him, or maybe it was that she was meant to be hung as well, I don't remember, but it was a song sung by the dead to the living. He was hung because he murdered people, and I think she did too, and she was to be hung at midnight at "The Hanging Tree."
O.O creepy... Oh, so creepy... HOW COULD YOU LIKE THAT SONG CODY?! *ahem* my best friend loves that song, along with Jennifer Lawrence. It's creepy sometimes...
