Authors "note": 1. writer's block. 2. School. 3. more writer's block. 4. Emotional issues. 5. Can't find time to do this. Sorry if I'm being too open about this stuff and you could care less about my life. I tried to move past this, but I hate leaving something unfinished, especially when I have the end part all thought out in my head. I'll do my best to fix up the previous chapters, because I feel like that's the reason people aren't reading this. Also things in brackets are thoughts.

================================================================================

y/n was woken up by Nate.

Nate: n/n, get up. we have to get to the first boss kettle!

y/n: What time is it...

Nate: 8:30, it gives us 30 minutes to do whatever.

y/n was laying on his mattress. He was still in his clothes from yesterday, and still needed to clean himself up. He didn't even look around the apartment when coming in, just went straight to the mattress.

y/n: I'm going to sit here.

Nate: Suit yourself.

y/n: You sound like my mom.

Nate: I understand why they do that now.

Nate walked out of the room, to supposedly eat his breakfast.

The apartment had 3 rooms: A kitchen/living area, which is what you first walk into as you enter the door, to the left a small room with 2 mattresses (you can guess what that is) and a bathroom to the right.

y/n groggily sat up, getting less tired the more he moved. He freshened up in the bathroom by taking a shower and doing the best he could to wash his mouth out. He walked into the kitchen to see a second bowl of cereal waiting for him.

y/n: I can't eat that.

Nate: You what?

y/n: I'm missing the gene to digest milk.

Nate: What?

y/n: It's called lactose intolerance. Wasn't born with it... did I ever tell you what I did before my species died?

Nate: No.

y/n: I was a test subject. Not exactly that... But they gave me a pill that was supposed to allow me to digest milk better for people who had that condition. I didn't tell them that I wasn't, and here I am. That's the most severe issue I got from being a subject.

Nate: Huh.

y/n: At least I can still eat ice cream. It only affected normal milk...

Nate: Vanilla forever!

y/n: I've got to agree on you with that.

===============================================================================

y/n and Nate had made it to the Plaza. He hadn't told Nate about the interview, but thought it would only be a minute or two. There were people staring, again. It was normal by now, it didn't bother him.

y/n: Hey, I need to go do something.

Nate: Where are you going this time?

y/n: Watch the news. I should be back in a few minutes.

Nate: Hmm.

y/n: If she or you can't stand it, just do the first boss kettle without me. It's not that big of a deal. I saw... 3 more islands?

Nate: 4 more.

y/n: Adios, amigo.

Nate: What?
