Kirishima woke up happy and refreshed for the first time in two weeks. He had cried for who knows how long in Bakugou's arms, and Bakugou was finally calm and understanding. He also encouraged him, so he finally felt like he'll be able to do something right for his life.

After getting dressed and ready, he headed down for some simple toast breakfast, and then he sat down next to Midoriya, who had woken up late for the first time in ages.

"Are you okay?" asked Kirishima, nudging Midoriya to prevent him from falling asleep face first into his bowl of cereal.

"Huh? Yeah, just tired," he nodded. "I stayed up past my bedtime, because someone wouldn't let me sleep," he sighed bitterly, his teeth clacking against his spoon as he took a mouthful.

He winced, and then shrugged. "Who did that to you?" he asked.

"Don't tell him I told you, but Kacchan was ranting about you to me for maybe three hours? It was way past curfew, and even my late bedtime. I don't understand how he is so bright right now," he frowned, looking through the window.

Kirishima followed his line of sight, and saw Bakugou almost skipping with a bunch of horse food in his arms while heading towards the stables.

"I'm pretty energetic too," he admitted. "I mean, with what happened yesterday, we probably both feel like new people, happy, bright, finally positive," he chuckled.

"That' great, but I'm so tired I could fall asleep while racing," he yawned.

"Maybe take a nap? Iida won't be mad at you for skipping the first or first two hours of the summer camp lessons," he smiled, patting his friend's shoulder, before standing up with his plate.

"I'll ask him," he smiled weakly, watching as Kirishima put his plate away in the dishwasher, before leaving the building.

Kirishima passed by Uraraka's group, and they all seemed in high spirits this early in the morning. Uraraka, however, seemed to be on the verge of falling asleep by how exhausted she looked, but she still managed to stay awake. He gave her a sign of encouragement, before leaving to the stables with Prince and King.

The sight as he arrived wasn't one he expected, but it still made him happy.

"I prepared Prince for you," said Bakugou, his voice a bit quiet, "as an apology for being so angry for two weeks," he added, looking to the side.

Kirishima smiled. "Thanks! You apologised enough though, and it's fine now-"

"I... I also made you something else, but it is at the manège," he said, shuffling around on his feet before handing Kirishima Prince's reins, and then leading King away. He was hurrying away a bit, but Kirishima had no problem matching his pace.

Arriving at the manège, Kirishima had no idea what they will be doing today. There were no obstacles, so he could only guess that they are going to be practising gaits or the figures Bakugou taught him pretty badly.

They let the horses stay in the centre, and then they mounted them. They didn't do anything at first, but Bakugou shoved his hands in various pockets, and then he pulled out a piece of paper. He stretched over towards Kirishima, and handed him the paper.

"It's... it's another set of instructions and stuff for the figures... I made it more detailed and precise, and I also added more figures that we could learn in the future... If you're interested," he said.

If Kirishima didn't know better, Bakugou seemed more shy than usual, and he was also avoiding all eye contact, which is fine, only if Kirishima didn't feel so awkward already.
