When Kirishima entered the stables on Monday, he didn't find Bakugou anywhere, and he saw King was out of his box too. With a sigh, he grabbed the necessary brushes, and went to groom Prince.

He didn't sleep well, and some part of him wished that Bakugou really wasn't angry at him. He hoped that Bakugou would try to be nice to him, even if he is angry. He knew that it would be a stretch though, considering how Midoriya said he used to act when he was angry back in school. They have outgrown those days, but habits come back.

He tacked up Prince after he was groomed, and then he led Prince to the manège. He was relieved when he saw Bakugou, but his smile dropped when he noticed Bakugou's arms were crossed, and he was glaring at him.

"Good morning!" he grinned, attempting to have a normal friendly conversation.

Bakugou didn't grace him with one, instead scowling at him. "Get on Prince, and do a couple rounds by walking, and trotting. If you don't, I'll fucking kill you," he growled.

"Oh, okay..." he mumbled, pouting as he got on Prince. He noticed Prince's ears were fidgeting in every directions, so he cooed to try and have Prince relax, but Bakugou's glare made him tense too.

"Well? Get the fuck on with it," he spat.

Kirishima quickly tapped Prince's stomach with his heels, and maybe he tapped too much since Prince rushed forward a bit. They did two rounds by walking, and then two by trot, but their tension didn't go away. He doesn't know what Bakugou has in mind for today, and he thinks that it won't be anything pleasant. He knows Bakugou will yell at him, and he doesn't know how well his heart will handle it.

Once he finished, Bakugou got onto King, and then scowled at him. "I'll be teaching you a couple fucking figures from dressage. You better listening, because I'm not fucking repeating anything," he said.

'Dressage?' he wondered, perking up a bit. 'Fuck, I wish I didn't have to learn it that way...'

"You're learning a diagonal, a circle, and then the figure eight if you can fucking manage it. If you don't, I'll kill you."

'He's going to kill me, oh god-'

"Are you fucking listening?!" he shouted, growling.

"Yes!" he exclaimed, shocked out of his thoughts.

Bakugou clicked his tongue. "Fucking idiot," he muttered. "I'm demonstrating the diagonal first, so go in that fucking corner," he said.

"Okay," he nodded, walking Prince over to it.

"The letters on the wall fucking help you with knowing where to go!" he said.

"Ah- I remember Uraraka telling me something like that... maybe..." he nodded, mumbling.

   "Shut the fuck up!"

He quickly snapped his mouth closed. He pet Prince's neck when he noticed him shuffle a bit. He murmured words like 'it's okay,' 'we're fine,' and 'he's not angry,' but both of them knew distantly that he was lying.

When Bakugou finished the simple looking diagonal, he told Kirishima where to go, shoving a piece of paper in his hands, and then he growled.

Kirishima glanced at the paper confused, and looked around the manège to notice where the letters matched up. After, he tried to replicate what Bakugou did, and what the paper tells him.

He thinks he did it well, but Bakugou yelled at him claiming that he messed it up.

"Why the fuck are you even messing it up?" he yelled, his eyes narrowing as his eyebrows furrowed so much. "This is the easiest shit ever, and you are fucking it all up!"
