The weekend was finally here, and like usual, Kirishima found himself with Ashido, Kaminari, and Sero again. It was nice to see them, and he really misses them when they don't come visit. They usually video-call if they can't though, so it isn't all that bad.
He came down early for breakfast, and smiled when he noticed Todoroki. Todoroki didn't seem all that smiley though, especially when Midoriya was trying to lift his mood.
"What's up?" he asked.
"The ceiling," replied Todoroki, clearly bitter and he frowned at his plate.
"Don't mind him too much," chuckled Midoriya. "Kacchan is trying to fix his sleeping schedule, and so he woke him up early, and he couldn't go back to sleep."
"Damn. That's not really fair," frowned Kirishima, sitting down in front of them with his breakfast. "How long has he been doing that for?" he asked.
"He's been saying things like that for years," said Todoroki. "Today is the only day he took action for it, and I hate him."
Kirishima raised an eyebrow, then shrugged. If Ashido woke him up early on a Sunday for no reason, he would also say something like that. "Fair enough," he nodded.
"At least someone understands," sighed Todoroki.
"I understand!" exclaimed Midoriya, pouting as Todoroki shot him a glare.
"No, you don't. When did you wake up?"
"Seven-"
"Exactly," he said.
"Kirishima, did you know that Kacchan used to wake up at noon whenever he could before?" asked Midoriya.
"What? Seriously? He looks like the type of guy to wake up at six and go on a run right as he wakes up," he said, trying to imagine Bakugou waking up a noon everyday. He tried to imagine it with Bakugou's younger face, as he can't imagine it with the present Bakugou.
"He does now," shrugged Midoriya. "He's weird sometimes," he chuckled.
"I'll throw ice cubes at him in our next snowball fight," declared Todoroki.
"Please don't." Midoriya sighed. "Winter is in a while too, I think that can wait."
"I'll push him in the pond next time, then," he said.
"I'll make sure to remember to never anger you, Todoroki," chuckled Kirishima. Bakugou's violent threats are one thing, and they laugh at it, but Todoroki seems completely serious, and Kirishima was beginning to doubt that he wouldn't do it.
When they finished breakfast, Kirishima took care of their dishes, placing them into the dishwasher, and then he went over to the reception to join Uraraka. By the time he arrived, she had finished her morning Sunday work, and was on her phone, waiting in one of the chairs by the wall. She grinned as he arrived.
"You know what videos are the funniest, so what do we have in store for today?" she asked, smiling.
Kirishima had grinned back, and then they watched funny fail videos, watching as people fell from bikes, messed up baking, and also tripped during a victory moment. Most of the video wasn't funny, until the last couple seconds after the 'Please subscribe' ending, where they showed a vine with the child with a knife. That made them laugh, just because of what it is, and they couldn't be mad that the video wasn't funny anymore.
After a couple videos, Bakugou joined them, and sat down by Kirishima's other side. Unlike Kirishima, he always seems to find the right video with just one click, while he always needs to try a couple before finding the right one. Bakugou found a really funny video, and Kirishima and Uraraka were both having a hard breathing while he was just containing a smile. He did huff a couple times, probably trying to mask a chuckle. Kirishima knew that he was though, so he didn't hide it very well.
