As we waited in the ship that picked us up, we talked about what had happened over these past weeks.

Ruby: This journey has been... um... it was...

Ren: Eventful

Nora: Insane!

Sariel: Life-Changing

Nora: Well, I wouldn't say "Life-Changing"

Sariel: It was for me! I learned that not only was I not the only Jedi on Remnant, but I also learned that one of the other Jedi here is my childhood friend.

Ruby: Oh yeah, I keep forgetting about that. What was (Y/N) like when he was just a kid?

Sariel: He was... Honestly, he was nothing like how you described him. He was always talkative, he was always cracking jokes, he was always willing to accept a challenge.

Ruby: Sounds like Yang.

Sariel: He was always there for me. We were inseparable! The Jedi Masters even tried to limit the amount of time we spent together a few times. Bet you can guess how that turned out.

Nora: It didn't work?

Sariel: It didn't work! We always found a time and place to hang out!

Ruby: You're right, that is really different. Why do you think he changed so strongly? Do you have any idea why that is?

Sariel looked down in sadness.

Sariel: Honestly... I think the death of Master Windu took a big toll on him. I didn't see him since then, but I heard stories. The Jedi purge separated us, the clones made it hard to move around. We had to stay in the shadows. But... yeah, the combination of his master's death, and the Jedi being killed off by the dozens... that probably changed him.

Ruby: I- I'm sorry, Sariel... you must have gone through a lot.

Sariel: Thanks, Ruby. That means a lot to me. Also, you can just call me Sara.

Ruby: Sara?

Sariel: Yeah, it was my old nickname. (Y/N) gave it to me.

I giggled a little.

Ruby: Did you have a nickname for him?

Sariel: Yep, sure did. He hates it though.

Ruby: Oh no... Tell me!

Sariel: I don't know if I should.

Ruby: Tell meeeee. Pretty Pleeeeease!

Sariel: Okay, Okay, it was...

I prepared to hear what kind of nickname she gave (Y/N).

Sariel: Perp.

Ruby: Perp?

Sariel: Yeah, cause he was always getting in and out of trouble. Also because his lightsaber is Violet, AKA PURPle.

Ruby: Hahaha. Perp. I like it.

Sariel: Don't be calling him that willy nilly, he'll probably kill you.

Ruby: Heheh, I'll be careful.

Ren: Hey guys, look!

Ruby: What?

Ren: We made it! We're in Mistral!

I looked out the side of the ship. I saw it, a beautiful city on a mountain. We made it, I'd be with my friends soon.
