A group of Atlas soldiers began to fall back as the oncoming Grimm horde drew closer.
Soldier 1: We can't hold these things back! We're gonna have to retreat!
Soldier 2: The orders are clear, private! We're holding the line so the people can get evacuated.
Just after he said that, the soldiers heard a screeching above them. They looked up to see a Teryx swooping down towards them.
Soldier 3: Sergeant, incoming!
As they scrambled to shoot at the fast approaching Teryx, the creature was suddenly gunned down by a green beam. The soldiers stood there in shock and confusion. Their confusion quickly turned to awe when they saw a strange aircraft hover and then land nearby.

Out of the sides of the airship stepped people in strange armor wielding weapons that the soldiers have never seen before. Little did those soldiers know, these were among the last of the clones. Having had their chips removed, they now seek to save Atlas and Mantle from the oncoming Grimm invasions.
Soldier 1: Who the hell are you all?
Brush: Commander Brush of the 574th. Division. We're here to aid in holding off the black cloud.
Soldier 3: Sarge, what's he talking about?
Soldier 1: Well, we don't know where your black cloud is, but until you find it, you might find it useful to help the soldiers on deck in holding off the Grimm attack.
Brush: That won't be a problem. Legion forces and the rest of the 574th. are arriving as we speak. These things your fighting will go right back to where they came from soon enough.
The commander then turned to his squad.
Brush: Let's move out!
With that, the clones then made their way down one of the streets, gunning down several grimm in the process.
Meanwhile somewhere else in Mantle
(Y/N) POV
Sariel: Are these the vulture's forces?
(Y/N): Yes, they're coming in to support the efforts down here in Mantle.
Sariel: Damn, never would I think that I'd be relieved to see an army of Battle Droids.
I was about to respond, but immediately got confused when I saw a pair of LAAT ships heading towards us.
Sariel: Wait a second, are those-
(Y/N): Yeah... how the hell did they get those? And how the hell are they still working?
We got out of the way and they landed near us. Out of the sides, several B1 Battle Droids jumped down and began scanning the area for enemies. I was going to make my way towards them, but my heart then sank. Behind the B1's were Clones. I could feel the heat and color drain from my face as I saw the Clones notice Sara and I.
