"We're going," Stiles argued with Allison by his side. Derek sighed and shook his head.

"You'd be safer here." Derek insisted, trying to figure out a way to convince the humans to stay back. He knew it was a lost cause as Stiles was probably the most stubborn boy he had ever met.

"You really think I'm safer in my house alone with crazy assassins running around? Just because I'm not on the list doesn't mean I'm not a target." Stiles pointed out, slowly wearing him down.

"We have dealt with wolves on the full moon before. Plus we can help if an assassin shows up." Allison added.

And that was how Stiles ended up driving Lydia, Allison and Scott to Lydia's lake house. He knew he would probably have an argument with Derek about it later but he could handle it. Lydia had been texting Parrish since they left and Stiles grinned when he noticed her smiling down at her phone. Scott and Allison were too focused on each other to notice and the radio blasting kept the conversation private.

"Are you going to make it through the weekend?" Stiles teased. Lydia glanced over her shoulder to check if the couple was paying attention before turning back to Stiles.

"Depends, is Derek going to claw me out if I get too close?"

"Probably." Stiles winked. "How is he?" He asked nodding his head towards her phone.

"He's working all weekend so I'm sure he won't even notice I'm gone."

"Did you tell him why you were leaving?"

"Yeah, I know you just found our about the supernatural but I'm going out of town for the weekend with my pack of werewolves so they don't go crazy on the full moon and get us killed by the assassins that are coming after us." She muttered sarcastically. "I'm sure that would've ended well."

"Okay, you've got a point. Did you tell him you were going away with your super cute boyfriend for a magical weekend at your lake house?"

"You know, those were my exact words." She laughed before turning up the music slightly.

They got to the lake house first which Stiles promptly rubbed in Jackson's face when he got out of his Porsche with the twins. Derek showed up nextt after making a small detour with Erica, Isaac and Boyd. Though he'd never admit it out loud, those three had an effect on him so when Isaac begged him to stop for food he apparently had a hard time saying no. Malia and Kira showed up last after Kira spent an extra twenty minutes convincing her parents to let her go.

Once the whole pack arrived, they all went inside and threw their stuff in different rooms. Thankfully, Derek had gotten enough pizza for everyone when they stopped so they all lounged around and ate.

"Don't break anything and if you make a mess, clean it up," Lydia announced before darting up the stairs to get her room. She came back down in a new outfit and plopped down on top of Stiles rolling her eyes at the small growl Derek had let out. Stiles chuckled as he moved his leg against Derek's. "So there's liquor in the cabinet that we can have but I know that's not really a huge deal for the werewolves. But does anyone without werewolf healing want something to drink?"

"God, I miss getting drunk." Jackson groaned as Stiles and Lydia went into the kitchen. Allison followed and even Kira joined them in the kitchen. As they came back, each one had a glass. Derek glanced nervously at Stiles with alcohol in his hand not wanting to know what would happen if he had a little too much.

"Are you sure that's a good idea?" He asked as they all started sipping whatever Lydia had poured for them.

"Loosen up, Derek. You're not our parent." Lydia rolled her eyes and everyone tensed as they waited for Derek's reaction.
