You could see the seven losers walking down the main road with their bikes at their sides, with the exception of Richie riding around them on his own.
The seven kids still were trying to process all the events that's been going on lately with the missing kids and the terrifying scenes that they had to encounter.
They wouldn't admit it but they were scared of what was to come. What was going to happen to them? Would they solve anything? Or fail trying.
The kids didn't know, but they were determined to find out the problems that are going down in the mysterious town called Derry, Maine.
Caroline was lost in her thoughts having flashbacks of the clown, Bill, and most importantly, Liam.
Did the clown have something to do with the disappearance of Liam?
I mean why else would he keep popping up with those bright red balloons and making her have to go through the heartache of seeing little Liam, terrified and alone.
She blamed herself deeply, for if she wasn't selfish and went with him to keep him safe. She instead let him go out there on his own not knowing the outcome of the decision.
Caroline was snapped out of her thoughts by the infamous voice known as Richie 'Trashmouth' Tozier.
"You know, I love being your personal doorman. Really! Could you idiots have taken any longer."He whined, riding around them once again.
''Alright. Shut up Richie."Eddie said.
"Yeah. Shut up Richie."Stanley agreed, as they continued to walk down the street.
"Oh, okay. Hey, Trash the Trahmouth, I get it. Hey I wasn't the one scrubbing the bathroom floor and imagining that her sink went all Eddie's mom's vagina on Halloween."Richie said, circling around them once again, making Carrie grow annoyed.
"S-she didn't imagine it,"Bill explained stopping in his tracks, which the rest followed."I s-s-s-saw s-something too."He said.
"You saw blood too."Stanley asked, trying to grasp onto what Bill saw.
"Not blood,"Bill replied glancing at Stanley, before looking back at the group."I s-saw G-G-Georgie. It seemed so real... I mean it seemed like him, but there was this..."Bill got cut off by Eddie.
"The clown,"He said looking down at the ground as if he was replaying the scene in his head, before he noticed the group looking at him."Yeah I saw him too."Eddie confirmed, shakily.
Caroline covered her mouth with her hand in disbelief. Her friends seen the clown too, but what does it all mean?
Bill looked at Ben who nodded then looked over at Stanley, who just stared at him with a blank stare, then finally he looked at Caroline, who couldn't even look at him.
"So, I wasn't the only one who has been seeing this stuff."Caroline spoke up, catching the attention of the group.
"What do you mean?"Beverly asked growing concerned for her best friend.
"What I mean is that I have seen this clown over three times, along with some other things."She revealed to the group, who looked at her with shock and wide eyes.
"W-where and w-when did it happen."Bill asked her, begging to know, the group nodded their heads in agreement and all eyes fell on the dirty blonde.
Caroline was hesitant to tell, for she was terrified to say the least. She didn't want to have to go through with that again, but something is telling her that's just the beginning.
She took a deep breath in and exhaled before she started talking.
"The first time it happened was right before we went to the barrens, it happened in my basement."Caroline began, her knuckles turning white as she gripped her handlebars tightly.
"Is t-that the r-reason you were a-a-acting the way you w-were?"Bill asked, now starting to think it through.
Carrie nodded before saying the next place.
"The second time was in Beverly's bathroom, right before we headed to the quarry."She explained, glancing around at her friends.
"So that's why you were crying and hyperventilating?"Beverly spoke up to which Caroline again nodded her head.
Bill grew concerned after hearing the second one, now he was just waiting for the third.
"And the last time was in Ben's room."Caroline finished, taking in another shaky breath.
They nodded in understanding. Now it made all since. Why she was acting the way she did? The way she panicked and screamed at Ben's house.
The way she ran to Bill the minute he pulled up to her house, crying and breathing heavily, she was terrified and fueled with fear and she needed the comfort.
He now understood why she was acting the way she was. She was scared of what she saw, but the question was.
What all did she see?
"Wait can only virgins see this stuff? Is that why I'm not see this shit?"Richie had to break the silence that lingered around the small group.
He had to say something like that. That's Richie Tozier for you.
"Shut it, Rich."Caroline whispered, looking down at the old, cracked road, lost in thought.
Bill looked at her worriedly, before hearing commotion coming from up ahead.
The group looked over to see Belch Huggins car and a lone bike lied in the grass.
"Oh shit that's Belch Huggins car, we-we should probably get out of here."Eddie panicked going for his bike.
"Wait isn't that the h-h-homeschooled kid's bike?"Bill took notice of the bike as well as pointing at it.
"Yeah, that's Mike's."Eddie answered him.
"We have to help him."Caroline spoke up, looking at the group.
"We should?"Richie asked, looking at her.
"Yes."She exclaimed, dropping her bike and rushing off into the brush, and towards the commotion.
The others quickly followed after her. Caroline was trying to hurry her footsteps and she hoped that she would make it in time.
With only one thought in her mind, as she ran her hardest.
I need to save Mike.
