After the unfortunate encounter, Lisa remained sitting by the piano, the rude guy left after spitting words with his sharp tongue.
"Wow, I don't know him but I hate that guy already." Lisa mumbled to herself. She caressed her chin in annoyance. She's in rage.
Lisa is the kind of person that likes to play by the rules but if she know she's not doing anything wrong, she won't hesitate to stand up for herself. Clearly, she's done nothing wrong at all, alright, maybe sneaking in an abandoned music room, still, he could've said it nicely. Who is he to forbid her from playing that song, does he own it?
She puffed air in annoyance, she was really excited to play the instruments earlier, now she lost the will. What a shame. It's still early for lunch, Jennie is probably still in class.
"Yo JK?" He heard a voice from the outside. Don't tell me, another asshole? She thought.
"Where the fuck is that grumpy coconut."
Lisa remained silent, she really got irritated from the guy earlier. She doesn't want another drama so it's better to stay away from whoever owns that voice.
"Why's this open- eh?"
So much for staying away, she thought. A guy wearing a uniform barged inside. He's got quite the unique attractive features. His eyes are small and sharp, his nose is tiny but his lips are plumpy, it completes his looks. Unlike the guy earlier, this one seems to be gentle and chill. He noticed the pin on his chest. Park Ji Min written in Hangeul. She then remembered that students actually have pins on their uniforms. Maybe she didn't noticed earlier so he didn't catch the rude guy's name.
"I'm sorry, miss, but the instruments here are worn out, or are you just trying to pass time?"
Alright, this guy seems better. Lisa's mood lifted a little. She's just that simple-minded, and Jiminseems to be a very nice guy. She composed herself, she doesn't want to throw a fit to such nice guy.
"Uhm, I came here accidentally." She spoke in half English as she forgot the right words. That was embarrassing, she thought. The guy must br making fun of her right now.
"Are you a foreigner by any chance?" Jimin was a really kind guy. He spoke simple Korean to communicate better with her.
"I'm Thai, I am quite fluent, I just forgot the right term."
Jimin made an 'o' with his mouth. He smiled, it made his eyes disappear, she found him really adorable. So guys here aren't totally rude.
"I see, you must be a transferee because I never saw you around."
That words in consideration, Jimin must be the campus sweetheart that everyone is fond of. She can't blame them, he's charming.
"Yeah, I'm waiting for a friend. She's also a transfer student."
"I see-" He trailed when he looked down my hands, in reflex I also looked at it. "Your hands are bleeding."
Lisa didn't notice earlier, but now that she did, it started stinging. It must be because of the rusty guitar she played earlier.
Jimin grabbed the insides of his pockets to search for band-aids. "Shoot, I don't have any with me, the clinic is just a little walk from here, want me to come with you?"
She shook her head hastily, the guy shouldn't bother and like what she remembered earlier, he's looking for someone named JK. So she thought he must be busy.
"Nah, I'll find my way there. Thank you for your kindness."
"You sure?"
She just nodded, Jimin was hesitant at first but then he realized the reason why he was out there. "Shoot, Jungkook. I got to find the guy. I'll get going now...?"
"Lisa."
Jimin clicked his tongue and made an 'okay' gesture. "Alright Lisa-ssi, I'll see you around."
After Jimin left the room, Lisa went on her way to the clinic. She needs to clean the cut on her fingers quick or it could be infected. She felt light-hearted after meeting Jimin, she aspire to make friends like him. After her encounter with such a rude guy, he was a breath of fresh air to her.
The clinic wasn't hard to find, she reached it quickly. However, it was empty, there should be a nurse or something, right?
She felt odd, the clinic was quite big and the beds were divided by white curtains. It smells like syringes there. She cringed, the thought of needles creeps her.
She decided to wait for a nurse but when she found a bottle of alcohol and few cotton balls she decided to clean the wounds herself. She sat down at the nearest bed, it made a small creak. She hissed after applying the alcohol, it's not that deep but the cut stings like hell.
It must be her imagination but he heard the bed beside her creak. Is there a patient resting there? Wait... What if it's a ghost?
Her face turned pale, it's not the right time to be thinking about those things.
"Gosh, where's the band-aids." She talked to herself, the nurse is taking time to return and it's almost lunch time.
"Why the hell does this cut hurt this much." She continued to rant.
Her rambling stopped when she heard the bed beside her creaked again. She was so ready to run but then the person opened the curtains.
It's none other than the devil himself.
Her fright wiped down and her expression became annoyed in an instant. What now? Is he gonna tell her to not treat her wounds around him and just die of infection?
She was ready to square up but the guy simply turned his back to her. The nerve of that guy, she thought.
He went to the nurse's table, he grabbed a bunch of keys from his mini bag. After that, he picked one and went to the mini cabinet just beside the table. He opened it without saying anything, he went straight out after doing so.
Lisa stayed silent, she narrowed her eyes to see what the cabinet contains, to her surprise, there were band aids, antiseptics, alcohols, even cotton balls and tweezers.
She gasped, did he help her?
No she must be mistaken. That guy... is a stranger.
