"It's getting late, you're bothering me a little too much already."
"What? Who told you to stay with me? I owe you nothing, sir." Lisa rolled her eyes but then sighed because the guy definitely has a point. It's already 7 in the evening and the light coming from the post is the only thing that illuminate their surroundings.
"It's not like I can leave you here, I heard ghosts lurk around this area, I am doing you a favor." Jungkook crossed his legs, lowkey enjoying teasing her.
Lisa petted the kitten that is peacefully settled on her lap, sleeping at last after she fed and made sure it's warm.
If it's not abandoned, the mother should've came back 1-2 hours ago, but it didn't. It confirmed Lisa's speculations, that the kitten is indeed stray.
"Poor thing, he has no mother." She cooed, her lips formed in a long pout. Her words caught Jungkook's attention.
"It's a boy?"
"Uh huh. I checked when I stimulated him to help him pee."
"Yuck why would they need to be stimulated?"
Lisa looked at him, her face deadpanned. "Don't act like your peepee didn't have to be stimulated for you to get circumcized."
Jungkook's face turned beet red, shock by the woman's choice of words. His eyes widened but tried to conceal his bewildered expression. "How can you talk so casually about... about.."
"Peepees? Dude they're just body parts. It's your fault you sexualize everything." Lisa said nonchalantly, ignoring how embarrassed Jungkook is.
"You shouldn't talk like that around people." Finally calming down a little, Jungkook managed to compose himself.
"Why not?"
There was a long silence. With someone whose IQ is 150, Jungkook is considered the cream of the crop, the smartest in the batch, even. He is used on calculating everything he does, he avoids commiting mistakes, and is just naturally hard to himself. With these, he won a lot pf debate competitions but somehow, this girl in front of him managed to get him speechless not just once or twice, but a lot of times. This just adds to the reason why he doesn't like her. She's a threat to him, that's what he's thinking.
"Because other people may consider talking about it taboo. Finally he answered.
"Hmm?" Lisa carefully stroked the kitten's chin, "and I should trouble myself knowing what they find taboo or not because?"
"Because that's... that's human decency."
"Of course it's decency to consider other people, but it's your job to also remind yourself to consider your own opinion, too."
"They will just judge you."
"I mean people will always find a way to judge others no matter what you, do. It's our nature."
