Later that night, at the opposite end of the bar, two friends were in deep conversation.

Jaz and Ashley have been best friends for a while and whilst Jaz is the more outgoing of the two, she knows Ashley is not as forward when it comes to meeting woman.

Jaz has the craziest green braided hair and is quite a mouthy lady, whilst Ashley is a little more reserved, dark hair, smouldering brown eyes, but looks can always be deceiving.

“Who are you checking out now?” Jaz smirked.

“Who me? No one, why?”

“You have that look about you.”

Ashley smirked at Jaz as she asked her who she was looking at. “What look would that be then, Jaz?”

“That someone has piqued your interest look.”

Jaz knows Ashley better than herself at times and it is evident that the women are close to one another.

“You know me a little too well my friend.”

“I think you forget that at times.  I only come in here to keep you company, you do know that, right?”

“I know and you are a great friend for doing that for me.”

Jaz shook her head and laughed at me. “So come on, who are you checking out?”

Ashley leaned in and described to Jaz the woman she was checking out in her ear.  Giving her details of where she was sitting and what she was wearing.  This prompted Jaz to look over in the direction of the woman that had captured Ashley’s attention.

Looking in the direction of Callie, Ashley had described her well.  She indeed was smoking hot.  Black leather zipper top on, pushing her breasts out to leave nothing to the imagination, her flat stone stomach with her pierced belly button on show and tight black trousers to show of her curvaceous body.

“Oh hell no.  Eye anyone else up but her.”

Ashley looked shocked at Jaz’s reaction. “Huh, why not?! Is she out of my league or something?”

Jaz shook her head. “It’s not that Ashley, she has a bit of a reputation of being a player, womaniser, up and leave ya type of girl.”

“Not that I don’t believe you Jaz, but that’s not the vibe that I am picking up on.”

“Well, watch this then.”  Jaz asked a lass about Callie and got the same response that Jaz just gave Ashley.

“I’m not buying it Jaz.”

“Look Ashley, just because you are in your final year in psychology, doesn’t mean that you get everyone.”

Ashley bit her lip. “I know.  I just get the feeling that she is misunderstood.”

Jaz looked at her friend with her do not dare eyes.

Meanwhile Darcey had put Jaz and Ashley’s drinks down on the bar and slowly made her way back to Callie.

“You are drawing attention tonight Callie.”

Callie looked up from her drink, a little dumbfounded at Darcey.  “Am I?  Are you sure we are in the same bar?”

Darcey shook her head and rolled her eyes at Callie.  “Aye, I’m sure.  I just overheard a conversation between two girls at the other end of the bar.”

Callie looked at Darcey and shrugged her shoulders.
“Ah well.”

Darcey raised her eyebrows.
“You really don’t want to find someone?  I mean, your soul mate could be in this bar and you are just too stubborn to look.”
