"how's it?
jaemin looked up at renjun who spoke beside him. "what?"
the chinese male nod at his hand and that's the time jaemin remembered that he accidentally cut his finger, glad it was only a small cut and not to deep but it did sting.
"it's fine now, you're bunny band-aid helped a lot." jaemin teased his best friend, remembering what happened earlier.
jaemin accidentally cut his finger while he was cutting vegetables earlier and renjun quickly went to him and gave the pink band-aid with bunny prints on it. renjun had a blush on his face when his best friend playfully looked at him before shouting at jaemin to disinfect his wound first and also said that he'll continue cooking.
"thank you, injunie~" jaemin chuckled as he nudged jaemin.
renjun just gave him a look before entering their room.
they were already in the school grounds and so far, jaemin's morning is more normal than the usual.
no morning texts from jeno, no jeno walking with them on the way to their room.
it didn't bother jaemin at all, it was just strange. where could jeno be?
"nana!"
jaemin was about to enter the room and follow renjun, when someone called his nickname that only a few knows.
including jeno..
"jeno"
the smiling boy approached him while still waving his hand. jaemin stopped himself from smiling back as grip the strap of his bag.
"good morning!"
it has been a month since donghyuck's birthday and also it's been a month since jeno and jaemin started going out together although not that often since the older is the school's basketball captain and their game is fast approaching but jeno managed his time and still got the chance to go out on dates with jaemin as often as he could.
jaemin really didn't thought of it a date-way. maybe just a friendly date. he didn't wanna assume things anymore.
but as the one month passed by, jaemin learned that jeno was really caring person. he may not admit it but he acts caring unconsciously.
"good morning" jaemin responded.
the smile on jeno's face didn't leave as he looked inside the room and back at jaemin. "i wasn't able to text or call you earlier, i'm sorry. i had to start training early, coach said that we should work harder since the game will be next week." jeno sighed.
"it's okay, you don't need to apologize. i also just thought that maybe you're busy with the game that's also why i didn't bother texting or calling you." jaemin assured jeno before they enter the classroom.
