Summer with Missus Zabini was pushed back a month before school was back in session. It took half the bloody summer to convince Severus to transfer her to Beauxbatons after the petrification fiasco. It went as far as she almost got in the knight bus and run away, but she knew better.

"Professor please, I will make sure to not get in trouble again this year," she begged over Snape's office.

Snape who was sitting behind his desk only stared at her, he was having the final decision whether she liked it or not. And yet he sat there not writing to Dumbledore about the girl's transfer and yet was writing for another agenda.

"What happened last school year was utterly reckless and dangerous, you are better than that and yet you still almost found yourself dead."

"I went to the bathroom Professor, who knows what could've happened in there—"

"You were attacked by a mountain troll in your first year."

"I did but I didn't expect that, we all thought that it was in the dungeons—"

"You almost got blown up by a toilet."

"The Weasleys are getting rather dangerous with their pranks and it just so happened that it was that particular stall—"

"You got yourself stuck in the toilet bowl," The Professor was amused as he now listed the times the girl was caught in trouble within the Hogwarts bathrooms alone. Not counting the detentions and the mishaps that she has done with only two years in the school.

"I was reaching for a spider to use for my potions homework, Professor mind I tell you, it was your homework that gotten me stuck there," she pointed out silently scolding herself for glowing red at the incident in the earlier days of second year.

The professor sighed placing both his hands on his temples messaging them, he didn't wish to transfer her, far from it.

"If you transfer me then I wouldn't be able to play for Slytherin this year for Quidditch. I doubt you would like Minnie to win again with Potter catching the snitch before Draco could—"

"Enough Evans," The Professor has said dropping his hand on his desk with a thud that startled Finley.

"I already took into consideration, you will in fact not transfer."

"Really?—"

"But you will under all circumstances be with Mr Nott, Zabini, and will avoid Gryffindors especially from Mr Potter—"

"Professor that's not fair—"

"That or you transfer," Snape's words were final, she froze. Though it wasn't at all fair she had to oblige still or else she will be forced to transfer and she didn't want that at all.

In the end she complied, no owls to Harry, nor Ron, nor Hermione, completely no contact with any of the Gryffindors. She was to be with at least two or three Slytherins at all times and she felt sick and suffocated to the brim. She didn't want this, but she needed to. It was bare able to not talk to then than not see them anymore, and she was fine with that.

The week she was due to stay with the Zabinis came, even if she felt down she acted like she was excited. Well she was as she is going to be with one of her best friends Blaise, the aggressive owls Theo had sent prior flooded her Cokeworth room. And the last one was apparently a howler and it yelled at her swearing that the whole of Spinner's end would hear.

"He's just jealous Finney Bear," Blaise said as he offered his arm to Finley as they roamed London's shopping district.

"He is now? Really?" She rolled her eyes. Theo was anything but jealous, in fact that idiot managed his way to lavish her with small presents as she stayed with the Zabinis.
