♡?

The morning had started with both of them in the dining room. Cammy stood by her side as she picked on the breakfast her servants had made for her. Her stomach was telling her if she ate anything today it would end up with her vomiting. She was drowning in her own thoughts, wondering why she had been feeling sick this entire week. Disgusted with the smell of food, she leaned back in her seat and tried to get away from it. Cammy noticed her hesitation in eating, she placed her hand on her forehead, thinking it was just a cold.

"Are you sick?"

"No." She managed to say, already feeling lightheaded. She rested her head on the table, feeling the cold wood against her skin.

"Well then stop complaining, eat your food."

"I'm not hungry." She snapped, irritated by her presence.

Cammy frowned, not having any patience to deal with her tantrums. "You're mother will be here later at the party, you're lucky she didn't find out about your disappearance."

"She doesn't know? How?!"

Cammy shook her head, "She's been at Eric's this entire month, his mother is getting better. If I do recall, she'll be here as well."

(Y/n) sat up from her seat, she stared down at her food surprised that Eric's mother was finally getting out of her palace. A year had passed by where she slept through the night and day because of her unknown sickness.

"That's amazing." She gasped.

"We can finally eat without having consequences."

(Y/n)'s smile disappeared, she looked at Cammy to see if she was joking.

"Pardon?"

Cammy smirked, standing up from her seat."We finally managed to find an antidote that doesn't make us into...what do you call us? Oh right, monsters." She recalled.

(Y/n) stood up, slamming her hands onto the table, causing the drink to spill over. "Is this amusing to you?" She shouted but Cammy didn't react, already used to her getting easily angered.

"You should be grateful about the food you are given." She calmly responded, lowering her voice so none of the servants could hear them arguing but it was already too late. "Be glad that I didn't tell your mother about him or that you've been sword fighting! Do you know how many guards you killed that night?"

"Do you know how many people they kill every night?" Cammy froze, all of her servants watching from afar as they witnessed her have another tantrum. "Why did you bring me back? Is it to save your self? Are you scared of my mother as well?"

"You don't know what you're saying."
Cammy looked down at her, growing embarrassed as all the servants watched them argued. Finally done with her attitude she yanked her arm, her fingers digging into her skin, nearly dragging her towards the door.

"Don't touch me!" She yelled, pushing Cammy down to the ground, remembering about all the training she had with Masami. Cammy, defending herself began to fight back, both of them shouting at each other as they fought. The servants panicked, rushing up to them to pull them away from each other.

"You spend one month with those scums and you're already brain washed, don't you understand they're using you? He's using you."
Cammy desperately told her, begging her to understand the problem she had been pulled into. "You're insane just like your mother."

(Y/n) stared into space as those words continued to run all over her mind. She looked at herself in the mirror, wondering if she really was her mother. Through the entire morning she couldn't seem to get it out of her head. Part of her reminded her that she wasn't like her mother. She was a much better person than her but in the end she somehow always remembered that she used to eat the food they served her as well. She couldn't stop hearing her mistakes over and over in her head. Reminding herself she was also a monster.
