Kairi's pov:

I woke up to someone shaking me. I opened my eyes and saw a nurse.
"Are you here for y/n Hossler?" He asked.
"Yes, I am. Can I see her?" I ask quickly.
"Yes, but she's asleep. Be gentle with her," He says and walks me to her room. I look through the door at her precious lifeless body.
"Do you want to go in?" He asks me.
"Yes please," He opens the door for me and let's me in. He closed it behind me and left us. I sat next to her and held her hand.
"I'm so sorry I wasn't there for you," I softly whisper. I feel her fingers move in my hand. I look at her perfect face. Her eyes flutter and then she opens them. She widens her eyes and sits up quickly.
"Where's Mum? Where's Dad? Where's Jaden?" She says. I don't think she's seen me. She looks around the room and see me. She squints her eyes and rubs them. "I didn't die," she mumbles. She suddenly starts breathing really quickly and started gasping for air then collapsed onto her bed. I quickly got up and shouted for a doctor. They all came in and told me to leave. I watched through the window as they gave her cpr. She's dying. I watched as she flatlined. I cried. Tears streamed down my face. I can't lose her. It's been a whole 2 minutes and they walked out the room and told me she didn't make it. I walked into the room and sat on the chair and held her hand. I started playing with her hair and looked at her.
"How can you be so perfect even if you're dead?" I whispered.

Y/n's Pov:

I open my eyes and find myself in my bed. I get up and look outside. Kairi's not in his room, that's weird he always is. I got up and went downstairs. I smell food. Who's cooking? I walked into the kitchen and saw mum. Mum? Dad and Jaden were sat at the kitchen table.
"M-Mum?" I stuttered. She quickly turned around. She's so beautiful. She looked exactly as she did when she left me for the airport. She quickly walked over to me.
"Y/n! What are you doing here?" She shouted.
"Katrina don't shout at her!" I heard my dad shout.
"J-Jaden?" I said.
"Y-Y/n?" Jaden says. He stands up and walks towards me. He quickly hugs me.
"I'm so so sorry I left you," He whispers.
"It's okay, I missed you so so much," I cry. I let go of him and hug my mum and dad. They let go and looked at me.
"Y/n what are you doing here?" They both said.
"It hurt. It hurt so much. So I came here to be with you." I tell them.
"No y/n. You need to go back. You need to go back to Kairi." Mum tells me.
"No Mum, I want to stay with you." I plead.
"No Y/n, Kairi needs you and you need him. It isn't your time." Dad tells me.
"Please, don't send me back. I don't want to go back. Please Jaden. Tell them." I plead and plead.
"No y/n. It isn't your time yet." He says.
"We love you but this is for the best. Please go back," They tell me.
"I don't want to," I cry.
"You have to." They tell me.
I blink and they disappear and it's pitch black.
I open my eyes and took a gasp of air. I hear people come flooding back into the room. They plug some stuff into me and I just let them. When they flood back out, someone walks in. I don't look at them. I just cry. I want my mum. I want my dad. I want Jaden.
"Bambi?" I heard them say. I turned my head and saw him sat there. The light of my life. I smile at him through the tears.
"Hey peaches," I say.
"How are you feeling?" He asked.
"Sad," I simply reply.
"What happened?" He asks.
"Ale, he cheated on me. But it's okay. He wasn't worth it." I tell him.
"Then why are you crying?" He asks.
"I saw my mum, dad and Jaden," I smile.
"I'm confused why you're smiling." He says.
I look over at him. "Because I'm happy. I got to see them. That's all I needed. They sent me back. At first, I didn't want to but now I understand." I explain.
"So why did you need to come back?" He asks.
"Because I love you," I tell him. I hear him sigh. "What's wrong?" I ask. What if he doesn't love me back?
"This isn't how it's supposed to be. You're supposed to tell me for the first time on a beach. Then I kiss you and we share our first kiss. Then I tell you I love you too." He sighed whilst looking down at his feet.
"Well, when am I allowed to leave?" I ask. He shrugs his shoulders.
"You just flatlined for two minutes straight and your wrists aren't going to heal anytime soon. I think you should get help y/n," He tells me softly and looks at me.
"Okay," I agree. "But only if you come with me," I tell him.
"I'll come with you, of course I will." He smiles at me. "I'll go get a doctor for you." He leaves the room.
He comes back with a doctor.
"Hello y/n. I'm doctor Philip. It's nice to meet you. I've fixed up your wrists, you'll have some nasty scars but you'll be okay. I suggest leaving the bandages on for a week then cleaning the cut with this liquid then changing the bandages." He hands a bottle to Kairi. "I don't suggest lifting anything heavy anytime soon. Where do you live? Since you have no living family members."
"I live alone," I tell him.
"I live right next door. She can live with me until she's emotionally stable again," Kairi suggests.
"Yes, I think that's a good idea." Doctor Philip says. "You must stay here for 3 days to build up your fluids again but then you can leave. There's some people here to see you. Shall I send them in?" He asks.
"Yes please," I respond. He walks out and I turn to Kairi. "So I'll be living with you for a while?" I ask.
"Yes, you will be," He responds.
"Yesss, I get cuddles again," I say excitedly.
"Who said we were sharing rooms?" He laughs. And I frown at him. "I'm kidding. Of course we're sharing rooms. I wouldn't give up a chance to be with you," He smiles and the door opens. It reveals Mattia, Robert and Ale. (Roshaun and Alvaro are in florida).
Kairi stands up when he sees Ale. "He can't be here." He says sternly.
"Why not?" Robert says. Mattia comes and sits the opposite side of me and takes my hand in his and kisses it.
"Hey beanie, how are you doing?" He asks whilst looking at me.
"I'm okay dino. What happened after you walked off at the party?" I asked. I zoned out from the boys arguing.
"I went upstairs like you told me and found Ale with Katie. They were still at it even though you found him. I'm really sorry." He says.
"No it's okay. He was just a distraction anyway," I laughed. "I'm in love with someone else," I smile and look over at Kairi who's arguing with Ale and Robert. I look back at Mattia.
"I'm really glad you finally came to your senses about him," He chuckled. He let go of your hand and looked at the boys and stood up.
"Okay boys thats enough. Ale, your out. You don't hurt y/n like that and expect you be welcome. Robert if you support him, you're out too. Goodbye," He said as he walked over to them. Robert and Ale left.
"And then there were three," I laughed. They laughed with me.
"How long you stuck here?" Mattia asks me.
"3 days then I have to live with Kairi until I'm mentally stable enough to live alone again." I tell him.
"I don't think that's necessarily a bad thing," He smirks.
"Not at all. Peaches gives good cuddles," I say and look at Kai who's stood there like a tomato.
"I'm going to get something to eat. Do you guys want anything?" He asks.
"Pizza and chocolate milkshake," I smile.
"You just died and you want pizza and chocolate milkshake?" He giggles. I missed his giggle.
"Yes, what else would I want?" I laugh.
"I'll have some cheesy chips and a coke," Mattia laughs and sits back down next to me.
"I'll be back soon," He says as he kisses my cheek. "Bye bambi, bye tia." He walks out.
"So what are you planning on doing?" He asks.
"About Kai?" I ask. He nods.
"Well I kind of may or may not have rang him when I was bleeding out last night and declared my love to him. Then again in my note. But he didn't bring up the note. Maybe he didn't get it." I told him.
"You wrote your note to Kairi?" He asks, shocked.
"Well yeah, who else would I have wrote it to?" I ask with a 'duh' tone.
"Me?" He says with a 'duh' tone.
"What was I going to say in it, 'Thanks for being a chill bestie and a good dinosaur, you'll always be my favourite dino, I'll meet your ancestors in heaven?'" I chuckle to myself, "I prefer the cheesy option of telling Kai I loved him. I wanted him to know anyway. He would have spent his life hung up on the idea of it if I didn't tell him." I explain.
"Thanks for being a good dinosaur? Really?" He laughs. "But I get you and I'm not offended. Talk to us next time okay? Don't deal with it on your own."
"I'm going to get help. I'll get a therapist and I told Kairi he has to come with me. I mean I trust Kai so I can talk freely even if he's there." I tell him.
He takes my hand and holds it, "I'm proud of you," He smiles.
Kairi then comes back in with the food and hands it to us.
"Bambi can we sit on the bed with you? The chairs aren't very comfortable." Kairi pleads.
"Speak for yourself, my cake gives me padding," He chuckles and Kairi looks offended. I moved and pat the bed next to me. Kai sat there and we all ate. After we finished eating, Mattia went to take the rubbish out. I rested my head on Kairi's shoulder and sighed. He wrapped his arms around me and rested his hand on my waist like old times.
"Kairi?" I said.
"Yes baby?" He says softly. He's started with the baby again :)
"I really missed you," I tell him. I hear him sigh.
"I really missed you too," He says softly.
Mattia then comes in and tells us he's leaving and says goodbye and goes again.
"Can you stay with my tonight peaches?" I ask.
"I was planning on it anyway bambi," He chuckles. He lays down and so do I. We lay on our sides and look at each other.
"You're so perfect," He whispers as he takes his and cups my cheek, caressing my cheek with his thumb. I smile at him and he smiles too. "You have no idea how difficult it was to stay away from you whilst you were with Ale," He whispers softly as he looks into my eyes.
"I'm really sorry peaches. I didn't want to hurt you. I would never want to hurt you. You mean everything to me." I softly whisper.
"I know baby, I know," He replies. He wraps his arms around me and pulls me close to him. I wrap my arms around him and look at him. I kiss his cheek and snuggle into his chest.
"Goodnight peaches," I mumble into his chest.
"Goodnight bambi," He whispers as I fall asleep in his arms.
