Chapter 33: I and the Worst Days of my Life.

"I got like five girls last night. They were all hot, bro."

"Really?! Good job! Binata ka na! What did you do with your choice then?"

"Just talked and flirt..."

"What?! Seriously?! After you dissapeared and disobeyed your father, 'yan lang ginawa niyo?! It's weak and ancient for fuck sake, Mikhael! I guess I was wrong about your skills."

"I'm only 16, you jerk!"

"Lower your voices, idiots!" sigaw ko nang mapuno na ako ng galit.

Agad agad akong bumangon at binigyan sila ng masamang tingin. It's early in the morning and they're this noisy! I need respect and privacy, please!

But wait...

"Why are you all here?!" Pinasadahan ko sila ng tingin.

"Good morning, Lia," Leo said, waving his hand at me.

A-And they're topless! Freaking topless when I'm the only girl here!

"Get out!" sigaw kong muli.

Natawa lang silang lahat. Mulat na mulat na ang mga mata ko nang tingnan ko si Leo, Mikhael, Adrian, Joseph at Thales.

"Ang aga aga ate, ang ingay mo na," natatawang sambit ng kapatid ko.

Wow! So he decided to show his face to us after he disappeared when the party started?!

"Hey you! You're such a brat, Mikhael! Ang kapal ng mukha mo!" I snapped hard.

Humagikhik siya. "Calm down ate. Dad's fine with it, we're okay."

Umirap ako.

"Wanna have some tea, Shelia?" ani Thales.

"It's still hot, Lia. Come here, join us," si Joseph naman sabay tapik sa gilid ng upuan niya.

"No, Joseph... Apparently she needs Cold Drinks more. Why? Well, its to cool off her steaming head." Humagalpak sa tawa si Adrian.

Oh! Damn it! Punong puno na ako!

"Leave! Get out, get out! I'm trying to sleep here and then I wake up with topless dudes on my room?! Fuck it! Get out!"

Natinag silang lahat at seryoso nila akong tiningnan. Napawi kaagad ang mga ngiti nila at napabuntong hininga pa sila sabay iling.

"Akala mo naman hindi pa sanay na makita kaming ganito."

They burst out laughing.

"Grow up, Joseph!" Halos maging kamatis na ang mukha ko dahil sa nararamdamang galit. I can feel my anger surging inside like magma, waiting to explode any moment now.

"I've grown, Shelia. I'm 6'3 now."

Nagtawanan ulit sila.

Sinapo ko nalang ang mukha ko sa aking mga kamay sa kanyang sinabi. How can they be my cousins, huh? And they're supposed to be older than me! Why are they acting like a kid? Do men tend to keep their childishness when they grow up, huh?!

"I'm so disappointed..." bulong ko sa aking sarili.

"I invited them here, ate. We're having a reunion, can't you see?"

Binaling ko na ang aking atensiyon kay Mikhael. That little cockroach! Just seeing him makes me angry even more. Kakauwi niya lang dito sa Pilipinas pero problema agad ang dala niya. Him, going out of the party last night was a big mistake!
