Ever since Jacqueline Mayfield had moved to Indiana from California, her world had quickly turned upside down. Figuratively, and literally. Of course, she had been the one to wish for a life of excitement, and that was exactly what she got.
After battling countless demo-dogs, and burning the mind-flayer that had taken over Will Byer's body out, she assumed her life would go back to normal.
However, she was extremely wrong. Jackie wanted nothing more than to spend her summer with her boyfriend Steve Harrington, and to work a minimum wage job to earn some cash. Naturally, things just didn't work out. This was Hawkins, after all. Her life would never be the same again.
