Khinei's POV
As soon as Jude left to prepare for lunch Percy along with the three other girls appeared into view.
When they saw me they quickly head to my direction, "Are you all right?" Percy asked.
"Yeah sorry for earlier." i said.
"No i should be the one saying sorry." he said.
I'm glad that everything is normal again for us. Well considering how normal we could get now that we found out we're demigods i mean that doesn't happen everyday!
"So uhm, we're demigods." i stated and once it left my mouth i felt stupid for saying it since the three girls stared at me.
The girl with long curly blonde hair and amber eyes nods and said, "Anyway I'm Apolliza but please call me Iza. That's Anicia or Nic as we call her ( she said pointing to a girl with plain short brunnette hair but with eyes that sparkle as if she knows everything) then that's-"
"I'm Aphrelle Elle for short i'm a daughter of Aphrodite." she said introducing herself but quickly added, "But not much of brats like my sisters i prefer to fight than stick around putting makeup on my face. My motto is Beauty is natural not artificial and-"
The girl who i guess was Nic cut her off, "Elle, sorry Elle has a tendency to let her mouth babble like forever."
"So, I've noticed." i muttered to myself but they laugh as if they heard it. "Anyway who are your ... heavenly parents?" i asked unsure who i'm questioning myself or them.
"Apollo, he's the reason why i'm gifted at archery, music but apparently i'm a sucker at healing which i tell you makes me feel like an outcast around my half brothers and sisters." Iza said plainly as if she doesn't want to talk about it anymore and clearly wants to change the subject.
"Athena, so i'm pretty good at battle strategies." Nic said with the same tone of voice. I began to suspect something wrong with their behavior and about to acknowledge it when the gong rung again.
"Oh come on we don't want to be late unless you want to have a grand entrance." Iza said.
They turned around to leave but i didn't move an inch i just said, "Uhm guys I'm drenched I rather have a walk on the red carpet than let them see me like this." i gestured at my wet clothes.
"That's easy." iza said then snapped her fingers. I started to feel warm then after a few minutes my clothes aren't wet anymore.
"How did you?" i asked which she just replied by saying, "I am the sun god's daughter."
"Oh right, must've been nice to have an automatic oven and hair blower i wonder who my greek parent will be." i said.
"Well if you're lucky you'll about to find out," Nic said. Then we proceed for the dining hall.
* skip walk to the dining room*
How do i describe the dining room? Uhm let's just say that it looks kind of like a school cafeteria with normal teenagers who are seated purposely? I don't know.
Anyway once we reached the dining room every body stopped eating to stare at us. Let's just say i started sweating not use to this much of attention when somebody spoke, "And everyone i would like to introduce to you the new campers Percy Johnson and Khinei Legend."
I looked at the one who spoke and let's just say i saw something very ... unique i guess this is what my teacher will call a centaur but what kindergartens will call Pony Guy. Then I looked at Iza, Nic, Elle to see them headed for their seats leaving me and Percy in the aisle, just great! BUt when i looked at Percy's face i was surprised that he isnt surprised which i tell you made me feel really out of place. Imagine someone discovering a new species of horse but you're the only that thinks that it is weird!
"Please sit near with me for a while if you're lucky your parents might claim you Oh and my name is Chiron nice to meet you." he said piercing through my thoughts.
Why do they keep using that word if I'm lucky are we about to get grounded by our greek parents for having bad grades? I asked but decided to keep it only in my head i don't want to attract much attention.
So i headed at Chiron's table without looking at anyone maybe that's the reason why i didn't notice that everyone started bowing down. At first i was confused then i looked at Percy who is even more confuse apparently he is the one everyone is bowing down to. I noticed something red glowing in his head but it disappeared.
People are still bowing down even Chiron ( no he's not sitting like a puppy he is just bowing down he's human half). After a moment of silence i managed to ask, "What just happened."
"I guess Percy here is lucky he is already claimed not by any greek god but part of the big three Hades. He should be honored." Chiron said.
He's the son of Hades'!!! i almost shouted but i looked around, true people are showing respect by bowing down but i could tell they're more afraid of having their butts burned. Then they eventually stood up they look at me expectantly which made me say to them kinda angrily i mean come on do everyone hve to look at me like that, "Hey, Maybe their claiming call is being on hold or something that's not my bloody fault right?"
They nod but continued staring i was about to say something more but Chiron beat me to it, "Maybe anyway you'll have to stay at the Hermes cabin for a while so everyone i guess that is settled lets continue on with the food.
BUt i have no appetite so i just sat down at the table staring at my food wondering if everything that is happening is just a dream and i will wake up normally. After all me, the social reject, a daughter of a Greek god or goddess? So impossible
